I'm here visiting family and came back as I was here last year and had good food. This time I have to say that this is the worst experience I've ever had at a BWW (and my family loves BWW.) We literally waited over 1 hour for 3 orders of wings and fries (the restaurant wasnt even half full. Fifty minutes after we placed our order the waitress informed us that they were backed up on wing orders and it was going to be a little bit. The waitress never asked us if we wanted more drinks or refills on water during our long wait, we had to ask to have our dirty table cleaned upon arrival and when we finally got our order the wings and fries were cold, tasted like they had been sitting for a good 15 minutes. The worst thing was, I bit into one of my boneless wings and it was crunchy (like it was still frozen type of texture.) I lost my appetite after that and am hoping I don't get food poison. We choose not to ask for a manager because I'm sure we would have been there much longer than the little over two hours we spent eating our wings and drinking our drink and water. The only time the waitress was attentive was when she brought our check and it was time for a tip. She sure seemed to perk up then. Such a disappointing experience overall. It may be awhile before I can stomach BWW after that awful bite of chicken.

We went in just before 5pm. Seated quickly. Music and atmosphere was good. Waitress Aspen, was cheerful and welcoming. Placed orders for drinks, Bloody Mary with hot sauce on the side to spice it up to my liking, it was great! Ordered Pepsi no ice, however, it was served with ice...then cheese curds with South Western Ranch and also caramel sauce for dips. Cheese curds dipped in Carmel sauce really did taste like a Funnel cake!!! We had 15 boneless wing special with the 2nd 15 free. Josh had Hot, jammin jalapeno, and Wild. I ordered mild, sweet BBQ, and parmasean garlic. Side of celery and carrots. Unfortunately, the boneless wings were served cold!! Room Temp at best!!! Aspen was kind and apologetic for this cold presentation of wings. Apparently they make large portions of wings to keep up with the demand on the days there's a "Special", both the manager and waitress, Aspen told us. We were offered a discount, but as nice as it was to be offered a discount, it didn't help their review. We've decided to give them another chance later down the road, but beware of the Specials, you may very well be disappointed...

We go to Buffalo Wild Wings only because they seem to be the only place in town that plays the UFC fights. Every time that we have been there, we have received TERRIBLE service. Last night (11/17/12) we sat at the bar and were completely neglected. The bar staff was understandably busy because of the crowd, which we could understand. However, they were extremely disorganized, argued openly with the other servers, focusing more on washing glasses and getting table orders out and in the meantime, completely ignoring those at the bar. In the almost 3 hours that we were there, we were never offered food, and were only "checked on" once. We frequently went without drinks for 15-20 minutes at a time. One drink was forgotten, and the staff comped it for us, which was the only reason why I gave a 15% tip. (Just a note- I usually tip 25-30%)

The management was not helpful either. In fact, I was a little embarrassed by him. The manager in the silver shirt stood with his back to us when we approached the bar, never greeted us, and focused more on being a "bar back" than taking care of the unattended guests. Didn't make eye contact with guests, greet them or make them feel welcome or help to pick up slack. Even when it was very busy or when his staff was being innappriate (one male server loudly yelled out "f--ng f-g--t" to another staff member), he sat down on a stool back behind the bar in the corner, and stayed there almost the whole time we were there, seemingly lazy and/or hiding. Overall the staff are amateur, lazy, and unprofessional. The management was utterly worthless. Maybe it's a lack of training or motivation. Had we received good service, we could have easily spent over $100-$150. We spent $30.

The food is just ok. Some food tastes frozen and processed. The wings are just ok. I recommend going to "Fly'n Roosters" for good wings.

Their TV's are great for sports, just don't show up expecting...

My son took the family as a treat. The place was fairly busy. Host greeted me and told me that our wait would only be about 5-10 minutes to be sat. He refused to take my name and walked away afterward. 25 minutes passed, and several other people came in after us and were sat before us. At this point, my whole party was starting to discuss going to panda express instead, when finally a server came up and asked if we had been helped yet, to witch I explained the hosts behavior she then told us it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I explained that we had already been waiting a half hour at this point, and we would prefer not to wait longer. Cue, the kids crying because they were so hungry they couldn't handle the thought of waiting longer. Maybe 5 minutes, and the server finally got us to a table. We ordered almost immediately. The manager came over and apologized for the host and offered free appetizers. We ordered the boneless kids' wings and frys for both kids, a BLT, and 2 triple bacon cheese burgers. By this time, we had already been at the restaurant for 30+ minutes. (We arrived at 8:20 pm and finally ordered at 9:12 pm) it took 45 minutes to get our food. The bacon was completely burned. It was black and completely unedible. I took one bite of my BLT and was unable to eat it because it was so badly burnt it shouldn't have been served. By that time, we had waited so long to get our food that I didn't want to send it back just to wait another hour for it. I basically just ate my side, and some of my kids left over frys. We didn't leave the restaurant until 10 pm! Worst experience ever. Whatever you get from here, make sure it doesn't have bacon on it because my bacon was so hard it broke one of my teeth. It's probably going to be the last time I ever eat...

I ordered food from here through Grub Hub last night. It was the WORST possible experience I've ever had at this restaurant. You know how when food is in the fryer for too long and it gets over soaked with grease? Well that was a blanket quality for all of our food. The wings were hard and too salty to finish. I asked for sauce on the side which they did not do and there was MINIMAL sauce on them. My burger sounded delicious on the menu, but the cheesecurds were basically inedible. Hard, rubbery, and overly soaked with grease (as previously stated). The meat was burnt and I asked for no tomato, pickles, or lettuce which were all still on my burger with the juices all soaked into my mushy soggy bun. The onion rings I ordered and payed extra for were edible but still pretty terrible quality . With the price ALONE, I would have expected much better food. But then you start to consider the fact that a lot of people are laid off right now and probably don't have a ton of money to be spending on overpriced food so you think our order would have been handled with more care. And then the final fact that people physically cannot go out to eat so there's no way the restaurant was overwhelmed and couldn't possibly have any excuse whatsoever to have SUCH terrible food. I feel like my order was so terrible that it couldn't have been done without intention, but I just can't even fathom why. We purchased our food with a gift card which was given to us as a pick-me-up because we were supposed to get married this week and had to change our plans considering the current circumstances. To say this food did not rise to the occasion is putting it MILDLY. I couldn't have been more disappointed. Most of our food got thrown away. Will never...
