Stopped to get a quick bite food was fresh and good. Customer service was horrible! Girl at the window didn’t greet us. Handed us our food and shut the door. We waved her down for ketchup and Tartar sauce she rolls her eyes at my boyfriend as he ask and hands him this much tarter sauce and ketchup shuts the door and bends over and gets it n her phone. My daughter is too young to remember the Hamburger Wars of the 80s. So I told her about them and pulled in to A&W. Being that she is a very picky eater it was a gamble. I already know A&W burgers are good from memory and that sauce they use lol.
