My coworkers and I visited the Jack in the box in 101 Main Street in Grand Prairie, Texas 75050 on Thursday ,June 17th. We were in the lobby around 1:00 pm. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt. This location is close to our office. We have gone there many time in the past but I havenāt been there in a while due to the poor customer service and lack of quality of the food. Since itās been a while and wanted to get a sourdough burger I went to the restaurant. However, our experience on Thursday was not a positive one. We were very unhappy with the cleanliness and felt you needed to be made aware of the situation. Though I wasnāt happy in my previous visits I wanted to give this place another chance to see if there was any improvements. Unfortunately the restaurant was getting worse. There was 1 guest in the lobby waiting for his food and no one else. I was surprised with the empty lobby especially in the lunch time hour. The floor were littered with crumbs and trash. In addition, the floor appeared to need mopping because it was sticky making noises. My co-worker and I literally waited few min. before at least to be noticed or welcomed. Cashier came and asked for our order and took 15 minutes for our food to be ready. Especially, my coworkers taco was messed up and had to redo for the second time. The fry cook was not wearing a gloves while she was preparing the food. Also, the cahier who was taking money and handling the food did not change her gloves. She was doing everything with the same gloves. All the staff appeared to be scattered and not organized. Everyone who works there acts like they would rather be somewhere else instead. It shows in both the service and the food. The food was not very good quality and was not appealing. I have to ask for my receipt because the cashier was not forthcoming with the receipt. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis last experience was horrible. I went through the drive through and ordered. When I got to the window I was then asked to park and wait for my food. This was understandable becouse of how many people that were coming through. I parked and waited. Thirty minutes elapsed and I started getting really agitated so I got out of my car and waited by the door. When I got to the door the employees looked at me as if were insane! Waited there for around 10 minutes. Still nothing and really frustrated. This is my last day off from work and I have to spend it trying to get fast food for dinner and I'm not getting it anywhere close to fast. I then got back into my car and proceeded to go back through the drive through. When I finally got back to the window the employee once again looked at me as if I were insane when I said I want my food. I asked to speak to the manager and was refused. Then the employee tried to get me to take a refund!! Why the heck would i want a refund I'm hungry and now I'm almost 40 min into this. I informed the drive through employee that I wasn't moving till I got my food and he pretty much through a tirade. He threatened to call the cops on me , mind you I payed for the food I ordered almost an hour prior now. I continued to tell him I wasn't moving until I got my food until the manager finally spoke with me. Took that long to get the manager to speak with me. After she tried to calm things down by telling me that the young man gave my food to someone else and appolagizing repeatedly it still took another 20 minutes to get my food, and I had to beg to get my receipt. So I go in order my food with a chocolate shake without whip or cherry. well when the girl hands me my shake it was white and had whip & cherry so I went to her told her its posed to have no whip & cherry and its posed to be chocolate. so she takes it rolls her eyes and goes to remake it. well she remade it and it was still white. so I went to her once again and said ma'am I ordered chocolate can u put some more chocolate in it plz bc the taste of vanilla makes me sick she rolled her eyes again and told me no she already put enough chocolate in it. I said well can u ut some in a cup & I'll mix it myself she told me no I said really fine I'll pay for it so she charged me for not 1 but 2 ranch dipping cups. I NEVER ORDERED NOR GOT RANCH. SO after she charged me for the 2 ranch cups I gave her the money and as she was getting my change I said can I plz have your name plz she rolled her eyes again and said no I'm not giving you my name . I laughed and said that's ok I've already gotten it as I reached and grabbed the receipt off the printer. SHE IS A SORRY EXCUSE FOR AN EMPLOYEE!!!! AND I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF SHE WERE TO WORK FOR MY COMPANY SORRY BUT I WENT TO JACK IN THE BOX EVERYDAY UNTIL YESTERDAY BC THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE & HORRIBLE AND NO KIND OF CUSTOER SERVICE AT ALL THAT LITTLE GIRL DONT NEED HER JOB TREATING CUTOMERS THAT WAY!!!! THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED AS WELL BC SHE SEEN & MUST KNOW HOW THAT LITTLE GIRL IS AND SHE STILL PUT HER ON FRONT COUNTER DONT GO HERE!!!! YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG
