Worst hair salon I’ve ever been too, to start when I arrived there was a stylist cleaning the floor because wit had flooded because the washing chairs were obstructed and the restrooms didn’t have water, one girl that was getting her hair done with another stylist had to get a bucket of water herself to use the bathroom. Second of all I had to wait 3 hours for my stylist Yanett even though I had a confirmed appointment with her, she overlapped the appointments she had and changed last minute, I didn’t not leave or reschedule because I had a trip a couple of days after and was too close to find someone else at that point, she did not have the right products to use for what I asked her to do to my hair and she admitted to it the next day when she tried to do a color correction with the owners borrowed products who by the way tried to charge me more even though Yanett and I had already spoken about her fixing her mistake the next day and she would not charge extra to which I said absolutely not paying nothing extra she also tried to have Yanett sign a paper saying if something happened to my hair it would be my responsibility even though it was already messed up from the day before to begin with! Yanett also tried to blame my hair undertones about the results even though I’ve never had an issue with that, for many years I have had it done at different places and never had this issue. The make up artists have cussing music blasting the whole time it’s very disrespectful to clients that might go there to have some relax time. Overall the whole experience was horrible will not go into detail of what the stylist did to my hair but I was very disappointed and upset considering I was trusting her with my hair which I had not done anything with for over two years and had a vacation days after. She didn’t even acknowledge when I told her how it made me feel, we had talked about a discount for all the inconvenience which she never gave but because I was too upset and didn’t want confrontation and I decided to just tell her how I was feeling after I left, my mistake I shouldn’t have paid for the horrible service that was done, she has no experience with what I asked her and was not honest about it. The place has 0 lightning so you can’t really see the results either. Overall if I could I would give the place a 0, there’s 1 new girl that was working there that I think is the only professional stylist there other than that will never recommend this...
