Let me start by saying Marco’s pizza as of last year has been my go to for pizza! My reason for the 1 star is due to the manager (Caucasian guy with glasses). On May 5, I had pizza and cinna squares delivered to my job. I noticed the icing wasn’t there and immediately called and asked to speak directly to a supervisor in which a lady replied that she was indeed the manager. I told her what happened and she she said that she was notating my account for my cinna squares to be replaced upon my next ordering due to not having anyone available to bring a new order at that moment. Well, today I attempted to order those cinna squares but was told by the male manager that nothing was on my account and there wasn’t a lady manager or any female worker as of the last four months because thats how long he had been there. I asked that he check my account for that order bc I was sure that is what was told to me. He kept cutting me off, reiterating that there wasn’t a female in his store (as if I were not being honest) and I said numerous of times that it is not my job to verify who’s in charge and who isn’t bc clearly the lady was dishonest in handling what went wrong on May 5. Once I arrived to get my pizza, I had verification that I did place an order back on May 5 and was also told by a young gentleman (dreads with nice eyes) that there was a girl there who recently had left about a month or so ago and she had no access to even grant me anything bc she wasn’t a manager. I am upset at not only the fact that I basically paid for something that wasn’t correct and also at how this “new” manager tried to take away from me that this situation even existed in the first place. He tried to chime in as I was talking to the gentleman with the dreads but we had nothing to discuss as he was unwilling to hear me out over the phone nor grant me what was honestly owed to me. Read moreHonestly disappointed in this establishment. Food is great customer service is horrible. Our order was messed up and I called as soon as my boyfriend got back with it and noticed the error. Spoke with Robert who was apologetic and said he would put a credit on our account. A day later we decided to order again since we do like the food. I called in the order and made the aware that there should be a credit on the account from the other night. When I get there after the girl on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes they hadn’t started the order because she had never made the pizza and was trying to learn… kinda annoyed since I was told only 15 minutes and it had almost been 15 minutes when we arrived and the order wasn’t even started. When the girl proceeded to check me out there was nothing on the account so she had to call her manager. After another 20 minutes still hadn’t gotten anywhere with anything. Mind you it was just wings that were messed up last time. Another 15 minutes go by my order has been sitting done not in a heater so getting cold and the GM tell her to tell me there’s nothing they can do and they want me pay for now my cold order almost a hour later while my kids and boyfriend have been waiting in the car. She put me on the phone with Zack the GM and he is beyond disrespectful won’t let me get 2 words out and keeps over talking me. All he has to say is there’s nothing they can do I need to reach out to Robert via email to get a refund after I pay for food that has been sitting out for over hour now and received the worst customer service possible. It’s been a few days not and no one has reached out to me. I will continue to speak on this until something is resolved because of ZACK disrespectful behavior. Read moreI am a caregiver, my client who is 93 years old always sees Marcos commercials and he always says he wants to try it. I myself have never tried it so today was the day I ordered Marcos for him and I. I orders pepperoni and mushrooms with extra cheese and ranch on the side...(my client loves ranch). Well, no one showed up. I called to make sure they had the correct location and they told me they had already delivered it. I told they no...yall haven't cuz I've been outside the whole time waiting in the cold.
They told me oh yea I see it, he will be there in 10 mins. The delivery guy showed up in 10 mins like he said. I gave him a $10 tip too, even though that forgot our order. I get back to my client 93 yr old and there was no ranch. He was so disappointed.
Also the mushrooms are from a can. These mushrooms are not fresh and shouldn't go on pizza...just my opinion. I wasn't gunna write a review but yall forgot the ranch and that was the cherry on tip after actually forgetting my order anyway.
