BUYERS BEWARE! I don’t know what kind of SCAM the night crew is running but those kids are charging drive thru customers TWICE! You pay at one window, drive to the next and SURPRISE, “your payment didn’t go through”. They want you to pay again! I showed the cashier my text alert on my phone from my bank stating my payment was approved. There was about 4 of them standing around at the window. She called the “manager” to the window, he said I need to “PROVE” I paid, I then showed him my pending bank transaction that stated I indeed PAID for my order. He refused to serve me. I parked my car, out of respect to the cars behind me, walked inside and spoke to the same “manager” (GEO, GIO he said his name was) telling him you “PROVE” to me my transaction was declined, he stated “how do I do that” I said PRINT a receipt. He took a picture with his phone of something on the register. Ok. I then called American Express customer service to CONFIRM I had a pending transaction for Raising Canes. Representative confirmed it was approved. And STILL they wanted me to swipe my card again, NO, NOPE, NO!! I feel bad for the individuals who trustingly swiped their cards again, being charged double for an order. Unfortunately for me, I can not dispute this transaction until it’s posted in a few days. At 7 months pregnant, I didn’t need nor deserve the disrespect and stress that came with this staff of workers. Will never visit this location again, as long as those kids are still running it!!! Horrible experience, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed a curbside order at 5:49pm today 8/8/2025. I made it to the location at 6:08 and checked in. The parking lot was full and cars were coming and going through the drive thru so I figured they were pretty busy (not a problem) but, Still sitting after 15 minutes with no order brought to my car I called the store (because I wasn’t going to leave my two sleeping kids in the car to go in and check the status) and asked the young lady about my order status and explained I had checked in almost 15 minutes ago. She placed me on hold and when she got back on the phone asked me if I was already there?! I told her I was and she had someone bring my order out. When I finally made it to my destination I was extremely disappointed!! Every plate was lukewarm(and that’s being nice), one of the half sweet tea/half lemonade was ALL tea and NOT sweet, and one of the containers looked as if it was just thrown in the bag…there was more chicken and fries in the bottom of the bag than in the container! What was supposed to be a treat meal for my kids turned out to be a complete disappointment! I will NOT be going to this location ever again…I’d much rather drive the extra 3 miles in the opposite direction to one I’ve NEVER had any issues at!

We corrected them at the window and we were charged for the correct meals. Then we were given the completely wrong meals with the wrong drinks and we noticed once we were already home. We want a full refund. What’s the point of having 4 people at the drive thru window and cash registers if they are going to get the order wrong after the customer name is repeated twice and they were already corrected by the customer for the order?? Ordered two box combos… instead received a box combo and a three finger, didn’t get the extra sauce or toast that was paid for either. Both drinks were wrong too. Never again.

Last week (December 3rd) on the way to Prairie Lights, my mother in law went to get French fries for my son, and two of my nieces. She ordered 3 orders of French fries. Upon pulling up to the window, she is handed the box which contains one large box of the 3 orders of fries. She proceeds to hand the fries back into the window and asks the girl if she could put them into separate boxes, as she was on her way to Prairie Lights and she ordered 3 fries, for 3 children. The child at the window tells her she would hand her 3 separate boxes and told my mother in law to do it herself. After asking to speak to the manager, the girl at the window identified herself as the manager. My mother in law is driving and shouldn’t be doing something your establishment should have done in the first place. The food was never touched, or opened. It was obvious 3 orders of fries were in 1 container, as one container was the only item in the bag. The child working the drive thru window really sat there arguing back and forth with a paying customer and refused to just give decent customer service. I’ve ordered here multiple times and never once have I received multiple orders of French fries in one box. I don’t know if the child at the window was really a manager or not, but she shouldn’t be. I’ve called her a child in this review because that’s exactly what she acted like. Refusing to give decent customer service, arguing back and forth with a customer, and snatching things out of a customer’s hand is a disgusting practice and if that’s what your establishment is going to continue doing, then you will continue to lose customers in an already declining...
