7/2025 Came for the birria taco $10 lunch special. Lychee crush still tasted excellent. Tacos were ok, the special came with 2 tacos, some soupy dip, and a lot of crispy fries. 5/2025: Burger was a decent size and tasted good. Fries tasted excellent with that crispiness. Matcha milk tea recipe changed I think, it tasted a bit more watered down. 2/2025 Still $10 lunch special drink and food 11-3p on weekdays, I love it. The popcorn chicken and fries were good. Match milk tea is the best. Pho broth was light in taste and noodles were overcooked so very soft compared to real pho restaurants. Lychee crush still great. As someone in another review said, they don’t have a vent fan out so it’s a bit hazy inside the restaurant. There are board games like jenga and connect 4 available. For $10 can’t beat it. 4/2024 Prices still the same as the menu pics I took on 12/27, they still have the lunch combo which I love. 12/27/2023 People are rough with 3.6 star average. Came here on a typical Wednesday at 12pm. Nobody in the restaurant. Cashier was nice, and was able to order 2 of their $10 lunch combos. They had no pho, so I got the garlic noodles with 4 sweet chili wings. I also got popcorn chicken with corn and fries. Compared to the other Zero in north Arlington, there is a bit less popcorn chicken. Flavor is still comparable though. Fries were slightly crispy which is good. Garlic noodles…wow I like them with the sweet sauce on the side. Chicken with that sweet chili was just right, crispy outside and juicy inside. Ordered thai tea and matcha milk tea, on the sweet side but both very good. 5 stars from me. $23 for both (since boba was an add on) and added $3 tip on top.

If I can add a no star rating Believe me I would!! I’m upset at how this location managers manage their workers. I’m sure it’s not their fault since zero degrees should properly train them right? they should have knowledge of the time the store suppose to close. So I’m guessing its very lousy management forsure. Saturday evening Wife and I had a sweet tooth for some sweets 😋 and decided to head over to zero degrees since they “close at 10pm” per the website. and we knew we had plenty of time to get some snacks and come back home. We arrived at exactly 9:25 and 3 workers were surprised We were walking in wanting service. While they seemed bother by our presence they advised us that their store kitchen has been closed. I told them the store website says they close at 10 why doesn’t it say 9:30? and they said “nope sorry” we’re closed at 9:30. We were so embarrassed of how they treated us walking out and came home empty handed. 🙄 Very bad service I say.

Here we gooooooo.....Zero Degrees is a legit spot in Grand Praire to grabe a bite to eat with very easy ambiance. The team there was in the back of the restaurant (my guess is in the kitchen), but came to see to my wife and I when they noticed us. The young lady explained the restaurants most popular items for us to try. Although we were skeptical, we gave it a shot. I had theor BBQ wi g and garlic butter fries while my wife had their Buffalo shrimp, seasoned fries and pot stickers. The wings were bomb (highly recommended) while the Buffalo shrimp was meh. The flavor on the shrimp was not a bold as we are accustomed to and was a bit soggy due to the sauce. Don't get the ranch...... it reminded me of the school cafeteria ranch lol! Oh...the drinks.....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 you can't go wrong with their drinks. Pricing was legit and they have a lunch special that makes it even better. If you are ever in the Grand Prairie area, give this place a shot.

We went in midday on a Saturday hungry and looking for food. The first red flag was that the music was so loud that we couldn't hear the cashier when orsering our food. Then, while our food was being made, we tried to ask for some water. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes without anyone coming out from the back or checking on us. Then the food came out. My dad and I both got the garlic noodles. They had a weirdly sweet and tangy flavor and the garlic flavoring came from raw minced garlic thrown on top. Honestly, the only good thing was the Korean fries, and even those came with an undercooked egg on top. I'm not talking about a runny yolk, I'm talking about a third of the egg whites being uncooked. To top it off, we accidentally spilled one of the dipping sauces and when we told the cashier she looked at it and said she'd handle it. We were there for another 20 min and no one came to clean it up. The cashier was busy helping customers so that's okay but the other two workers were sitting on their phones the whole time. The final straw? While we were there we noticed several flies and gnats, which was alarming since we came in in the middle of February when it was 50° outside. Overall, I was looking forward to trying their food and was thorough disappointed in the experience. I never post reviews about places but this experience was so bad that I felt the...

My 1st time visting. I've heard of Zero Degrees & was so excited they finally opened one in my area. I had the Ube shake & my daughter had a Strawberry smoothie. I had my shake in a mason jar for an extra $3. The Ube is delish & had cute presentation. The roasted marshmallow was on point tasted very good. The Strawberry smoothie tasted very basic but with nice presentation. I also ordered their new Crispy Fried Shrimp Combo. You get 5 big jumbo shrimps the size of of the palm of your hand. I was only impressed with the size of the shrimp. I had my shrimp flavored in Garlic Butter Salt & my fries Cajun. Once you peel the shell off the shrimp it is bland no flavor at all. I had to wipe the seasoning off the shell & rub it on the shrimp. I asked for cocktail sauce but I was told they didn't offer it. I had to dip my shrimp in ketchup to get some kinda flavor. The fries I was also not impressed with they seemed kinda dry. I haven't had any of their other foods or drinks to give my opinion on so I think I will give them a few more tries. I have to say just being so excited & hoping for real good drinks & foods I wasn't very impressed. I think their prices are just a little bit on the high side I was just hoping for better quality. Hopefully trying their other foods & drinks will...
