Very horrible service Waited 10 minutes before attend at the drive thru I had to call the restaurant to see if the drive thru was available Maria p the cashier lady who spoke to me barely spoke English I ask for a 12 inch meal She ask what to drink I said coke and water please She requested I pull up to the window As I drive up she A had a coke and water bottle and ask for money confused I ask if she heard me ask for a 12" meal she said no and then rolled her eyes She rip a receipt and started to question what I wanted as she started to take the order I gave her my order and ask if she could toast my bun This process took A prestigious amount of time due to her lack of communication skills and rudeness She then try to charge for me for the bottle of water and bottle of coke confused again I ask if the meal doesn't all ready come with a drink She then look at me confused and grab a soft drink and water as well She ask for chips I said yes Believe it comes with the meal As she charge me my amount And i then look at the The receipt I notice she charge me a extra for a bag of chips I waited for another 7 minutes to get her to come to the window and refund what she charged me As I got home and open my meal I relize my bun was not at all toasted and the bufflo chicken was extremely cold like it was barley heated in the microwave and put in my sandwich Very horrible experience and a complete waste of time On top of that I call the number that is requested for comments from customers on the receipt and the lady said that The number needed to be changed by subway because they no longer do that area and she requested that I wait for someone else to call me that was higher up in the chain within the next 10 to 15 minutes and it's been an hour Honestly feel like no one cares which is perfectly fine because I will no longer eat at Subway Very horrible experience someone needs to check that store And I recommend you don't come to this store unless you want what you didn't pay for and want to waste a unreasonable amount of time on...
Read moreI have been going to this location for over 20 yrs. But last couple of years the place has been going downhill. Yesterday I drove up to speaker and waited and waited. Thinking they were busy r taking bathroom break I continued to wait. I then started to drive off only to have an employee pop open window. He said the drive thru speaker was broke had been for a while. I handed over a coupon for 2 ft long subs/$12.99 . I gave my card. He handed my card back with receipt. My total was $21. When he handed me my sandwiches I reminded him I had given hi. A coupon that was not used. He looked confused and then proceeded to tell me that the coupon did not work when he scanned it. I fail to understand why they couldn't put a sign out saying the speaker did not work, why someone couldn't have stuck their head out window to call me to move forward, and why he couldn't have told me coupon was not working even though there was still 1 month left on exp date. When I asked him to correct it since I would not have purchased them at full price he had no clue how to do it. When I handed my sandwiches back and asked for a refund he said he didn't know how to do refunds but if I came back in morning his manager would be there and could then refund me. Read moreThis location is HORRIBLE I have had nothing but bad experiences here just about every single time I have been here. Awhile back I attempted to order food in the drive thru they had a female working that couldn't understand English or speak it. Then another day a girl was working deep nights by herself and when my husband ordered me food the girl was so busy she was crying and she got my order all wrong. Then we go there last night and order in the drive thru and the guy repeated my order back EXACTLY how I wanted it made and so we pull up to the window and he says my order is $10.00 for a six inch ham and cheese sandwich and 3 cookies. He hands my husband sandwich and it was a foot long steak and cheese. By this time I am furious. I demanded to speak to a manager and the worker says there is not one there. Well I then let him have it. So then the girl comes to the window and retake my order. It's finally right so I demand to her that I want my order and my money back. She says oh i can't give you the sandwich free but I can give you the cookies for free. I was still furious but I said OK. Usually after 6pm they hardly ever have chocolate chip cookies but yet they stay open until 2am what sense does that make? The ONLY reason why I keep going back is one it's across the street from my house and two once they finally get the order right, it's really good. Somebody needs to get a handle of this store...
