I had a very bad experience. The lady that hand us the drinks was extremely rude and was cussing to a co-worker infront for my vehicle. I ask her what she was passing over to me and her responses was "I don't know. I didn't make them." I return my drinks because they were water down. As she is walking inside I can see her talking to other co-workers as if she was upset. When she came back for the 2nd time. I mention to her that our drinks were still not right and she responded with that's how you orders them. I ask to talk to a manager and he was kind enough to fix it but as he is telling me that he can; she is walking behind him saying "I already fix it for her once," as the manager walks away she repeats it and I said "well you didn't do it right." Her response was "well why don't you go else where." I got off the car and told the manager that I wanted my money back. That I could not believe that SONIC had the worse customers service. I have never heard an employee tell a costumer to go else where. He understood and gave it back. By far the worst sonic I have been too. I would recommend for anyone to drive a little more for better service and drinks. Would never return to that sonic....

We got there 30 minutes before close, tried to order online when we were on the way and online ordering was off. No issue. We still went because they were open. Got there. Was told at the drive thru intercom that the apple pay was not working so we went to the atm down the street and got money out and came right back. We were then told that they were only doing online orders?? Why wouldn’t they have said that five minutes ago before we went to get the money? I told them the online orders were off and all I got from the girl was a “oh.” I told them we were there and we got money out and they were still supposed to be open so please take our order. At first it was just a rude girl on the speaker then it was a little funny boy and he pretended to have a really thick Mexican accent and you could just hear both of them smiling and giggling like it’s just hilarious to waste peoples time. I told them I’d contact corporate they just said “go ahead”. I understand working night shift sucks but it’s still your job. Sonic cannot be serious with letting these little kids mistreat...
Read moreThis is the Sonic on pioneer parkway Grand Prairie, Texas. Every time I come to that place. The customer service is terrible and the place doesn't look clean inside. The people there are not willing to help you to get ut good customer service. They have attitudes and they act like they don't want to be there. This is one of the worst sonics I've ever been to and I do not ever want to go there again. I've been there several times and gave them several chances. As far as customer service is concerned. I ordered food on doordash for Sonic and when I got up there the manager was digging boogers and wiped it on the counter when I was at the window so I canceled my order cuz that looked gross and disgusting. And the next day they didn't want to refund my money because I went through a third party I think is ridiculous and I don't like this place. Manager that I went back to the next day named Victor. He was a terrible manager. He said that he had the ask the GM if he could refund the money and she said no. It was just a big hassle. I never will return to that...
