Update: my husband went to the location to get it cleared up since the order was placed on his credit card. The same employee was there and gave him attitude saying she wasn't sure if he was talking about the same order and she'd have to see me to make sure.
He asked her why she would need to see me considering the order was placed in his name and paid for with his card but showed her a photo of me on his phone anyways.
She agreed she had dealt with me the day before and said she didn't appreciate my attitude. Keep in mind that I was quietly sitting at a table with our toddler and keeping her entertained. The most interaction we had up until that point was her telling me she was just about to start our order. I asked him if she meant my attitude when I asked for a refund because my phone was going to die and I wouldn't be able to read off the specific order items.
Thankfully Stewart was there and very helpful. He helped my husband get in touch with the manager and he was reimbursed for the cost of the order. During this time the other employee kept giving my husband attitude until Stewart sent her out for a break.
Original: Placed an online order at 2:45 p.m. for pick up and it gave me a pick up time of 3:05.
Got there a little after 3:05 and was told by the single employee that she was just about to start my order. Said ok as I figured it wouldn't take long. Sat down to wait and then another customer came in so she told me she would be with me in a minute and helped him. Helped him with his order and then more customers started arriving. 15 minutes later and my order hasnt been started.
She tells me at this point that if I want my order that I'm going to have to get in line and order. I tell her I have 5 sandwiches (with specific toppings) and she repeated that I'd have to get in line and order. Asked her to cancel my order and get me a refund instead, 20 minute mark at this point. She tells me I have to do that online where I ordered and walks away.
By the way, you can't cancel online orders online it has to be done through the location you ordered from. It wasn't worth having to deal with someone who doesn't know what she's doing so we contacted our credit card company instead.
Don't have an express order pick up if your location...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. Did a mobile order, picked it up and brought it home. Went to eat the sub “the monster “ and knew immediately something was wrong because the bag felt so light. Opened it up and the little slices of bacon covered the lack of meat that was on the sandwich. Ordered a foot long but 6” of it was bread. (Crazy they wanted $14 for that???). Anyway, went back up there and asked for a remake and they made it exactly the same way. They explained to me that is all the meat they are supposed to provide for that sandwich… Not mad at the girl working.. she was very nice and professional. I asked for a refund and she told me I would need to call the manager’s number on the bottom of my receipt. THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS. CRYSTAL!!! Probably one of the most unprofessional phone calls I have ever been a part of… and it was mindblowing that I was speaking to a “manager”. She was extremely rude when all I was trying to do was get a refund for a sandwich I didn’t eat (not even a bite!!!) and returned to the store. She became this way after I asked the name of her supervisor that was supposed to be contacting me the following day. My whole family was in the car listening to this lady and everybody was dumbfounded. My 10 & 11 year old said “I could be a better manager than that!! Actually Price (our 2 year old nephew) could be a better manager than that!!” Needless to say, I only ever leave positive reviews to help guide people to the best spots. This is my first 1 star review ever. Hopefully I receive a call from the supervisor tomorrow … still didn’t get his name as Crystal refused to give it to me before...
Read moreMy son went in this location and placed his order with the young lady working and the older lady said something to him about being on his phone. He apologized and stop talking but she kept harassing him about being on the phone. She asked if he had a job, where he worked, what's his name, and how would he feel if she came to his job on the phone. He apologized again but she wouldn't stop. The young lady that was doing his order kept apologizing to my son for her behavior. I went in the next night to speak with the manager regarding the situation just to find out that it was the manager Crystal that was harassing him. I spoke with her daughter who also apologized for her behavior and informed me that she was drunk. She said that Crystal will be sober for a while then she will go back to drinking. Nothing has been said for fear of her mom loosing her job so its safe to say this is not the 1st time she has been to work this way, they just keep it in house. I informed her that she needs to get her mom help because her actions are not acceptable especially as a manager. The daughter was very apologetic but she is not helping by not saying anything to upper management. I don't feel like anything will get done regarding this situation but I'll make sure my review is on...
