This Jimmy John's is seemingly unable to get your order right. Per the order they did not add oil and vinegar, did not include napkins, and did not cut sandwiches in half. It shows up on the receipt so it must have showed up on the order at the store, obviously management has little to no concern about order quality or their customers. Do you know how hard it is to find a customer service establishment with today's youth working, especially young men, and ENJOYING their job? Went to the next window and my subs were there, however, they were not in a bag. Asked for a bag, and he just handed me a bag and did not offer to put subs in. Had to also ask for a drink holder.
