Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Grand Rapids Charter Township

This Jimmy John's is seemingly unable to get your order right. Per the order they did not add oil and vinegar, did not include napkins, and did not cut sandwiches in half. It shows up on the receipt so it must have showed up on the order at the store, obviously management has little to no concern about order quality or their customers. I order from here infrequently because of this repeated lack of attention to detail, but tonight I was hungry and wanted a quick sandwich which took over a half hour to be delivered from a store less than 5 minutes away. I love Jimmy John's!! The location in Cascade store #685 ROCKS!! It's an absolute pleasure to just walk in and watch the young people work. Today there were all young men. Do you know how hard it is to find a customer service establishment with today's youth working, especially young men, and ENJOYING their job? Went there and placed a "to-go" order for work. Ordered four subs, two chips, and two sodas. Asked for receipt after paying, and cashier said it would be in the bag. Went to the next window and my subs were there, however, they were not in a bag. Asked for a bag, and he just handed me a bag and did not offer to put subs in. Had to also ask for a drink holder. Very frustrating. Got back to work and realized that the chips and receipt were not in the bag. Lousy service...
