On Sunday 09/10/2023 placed an order online, went to store to pick it up. there has a lot of people who are waiting in the line, but only one employee, one lady, was working over there. Apparently my order was not making yet. I was waiting till my turn.
At my turn, she was doing my order which has two foot-long sub, while reading the order information, back and forth. I thought it may help to just tell her what I ordered, so I did start to tell her the order. While I just said one item, she replied to me "I CAN READ" . Wow, I just wanted to help because a lot of people were waiting in the line. OK, I shut my mouth up till she finished the order.
While she wrapped the sub for me, a lot of ingredients from the sub fall out from the sub, she just completely ignored it and threw them to the trash bin. Another "Wow".
It maybe the last time to order anything from this location since there has more subway locations around...

The wrapping ripped and employee picked up my sandwich holding it above the glass partition to place it on the subway stamped paper. Never taped it then placed his used gloves on top of my sandwich. He then walked away and the only girl who was at the time sweeping in the area where numerous sandwiches were being prepared told the kid with brown curly hair he needed to check me out. I would have asked for a new sandwich but there was a lady who ordered several sandwiches behind me and I was under a time constraint.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I was placing my order while attending phone call but clearly giving my order, and instead of respectfully taking my order, the staff member stopped midway to handle another order. When she returned, I asked her to toast my bread, and she suddenly started raising her voice, telling me she doesn’t serve customers who are on the phone. She continued mumbling and making rude remarks, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
