Overall an okay experience, newly gutted and renovated space that is bright and clean. Helpful staff that was patient with our first time questions. Will be returning for select items in the future

The Ocean Perch was cooked properly and was very tender, however, the tartar sauce at an additional cost was subpar and that's being nice. It seemed more like mayonnaise with a small hint of dill and pickle to literally dig for

The chicken didn't have any seasoning on it that you could tell by taste. The breading was pretty decent but unfortunately some bites tasted burnt and those bites were a bit perplexing

The macaroni and cheese should honestly be renamed to Macaroni and Cheese soup, or they need to add a significant amount of pasta to the mix but the flavor was good

Onto the bigger disappointments

We got a side of plain onion rings which we believe were mistakenly seasoned with the house seasoning which we did not care for at all

We did however, ask for the house seasoning on the fries and will never do that again! This house seasoning tastes like nothing but some kind of vinegar salt! It was gross and honestly I wonder if anything was taste tested before approving the seasoning, or if the person mixing up the seasoning blend didn't measure right - something... Something was off with this house seasoning

On the flip side, while I do not eat coleslaw, those that did said it could have used more vinegar in the dressing

Ordered mushrooms a chicken bowl onion rings smelt and a boneless chicken breast the chicken breast was tiny and the replacement order was ok but the mushrooms were rubbery and cold as the smelt was cold the CC chicken bowl was cold I ask for a full refund and was denied and now I'm stuck with cold food I can't reheat as the chicken breast was a lot bigger the first time but I wondnt recommend this place as who wants to eat cold food a regular real restaurant would have honored the refund but I can't take a risk of getting burnt again I would recommend cousins tasty chicken all day...
