I stopped here for dinner with my family yesterday and had a horrible dining experience. Although there was no wait or line, we stood waiting for a table for over 10 minutes. Employees were around and saw us standing there but ignored us for so long that we considered walking out.

An employee finally came over and pointed us to a table. We ordered and my food came out first. My parent's and nephew's dishes did not come out until I was done eating. When they brought the food they just plopped it on the table and kept moving, they also never brought out an appetizer order that we had placed. We did not have utensils or plates for our meal. My dad had to get up and ask for simple things about three times because no one ever came to check up on our table.

The phở xào was spicy which is odd, it's not traditionally a spicy dish and the menu did not have any indication of it, so my nephew who is 4 was unable to eat after the long wait time. When we went to pay we noticed the appetizer that was never brought out was included on our bill, my dad explained that needed to be removed because it was never served. The two male employees just smiled at one another condescendingly as if we were making an unreasonable complaint. Completely inept, immature, and disrespectful. No attempt to apologize for the mistake. The girl that rang us up at least said thank you, something we did not hear the entire time but was still unprofessional as she was joking and talking personal with the other staff members right in front of our face.

I will never ever return and will not recommend it to others. It makes me sad as I try to support Vietnamese business as much as possible. But this restaurant was out of this world bad, they need to train their employees or hire staff with more experience in the...

I’m not basing this review on the food as we never got to eat. We had a party of seven on a Wednesday afternoon.

Our issue is that when we got there, 3/7 of the party to get the table and settle down, the server/host immediately had a different attitude when we mentioned we were waiting on more. He said he could not sit us together and would have to separate our table because he was alone. Mind you the restaurant was empty besides two other tables, which had 5+ at each! We put the tables together ourselves as we weren’t going to order without them and upon this the server/host approached us telling us he didn’t want us together because it was too much for him. Despite having two other tables with more customers than us. I don’t know what exactly made us stand out from the other two tables, I’d hate to think it was discriminatory towards my family. He did mention one of the tables called ahead, but we never saw that we had to call ahead for dinner. I understand he was alone, but that can’t possibly be our fault for wanting to enjoy some food here. It left us wondering why we were called out for having a party of 5+ and others didn’t, left Instead of making him more unhappy, not knowing what service he...

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. I wish I can give 0 stars. I ordered Chicken Broccoli and Kung Pao, however I ended up getting only two chicken broccolis. We got the rice with it 20 minutes later btw. Afterwards when I told them to correct my order they told me I already ate it so they can’t. However, ultimately they had to change it. After 30 more minutes I got my Kung Pao and the steamed rice and fried rice. However, all the other food was cold by now and even the fried rice was stale. They had to remake it and even then it was bad. The lo mein I ordered was so bad and the chicken was so dry. When I got to the register and told them that I shouldn’t be charged that much for the mess ups they said sorry we don’t do that and then I told them about their super slow service and they said that’s how it is. HORRIBLE SERVICE + HORRIBLE FOOD. I was contemplating to leave the food without paying for it because this was one of my worst experiences. The waiters were horrible and actually rude. I wasted 2 hours here. Please don’t go here it’s really bad. Update: we are all sick due to the bad food so...

Since we moved from Seattle to rural NW Michigan, we have missed having great Pho. We have tasted many mundane bowls, and really didn’t hold out much hope as we walked in. It was mid afternoon and we were the only patrons. The place is very clean, and our server was very fast and attentive. We ordered: my son got #4 and I got #7. It arrived quickly, and the smell was amazing! Pho is all about the broth/soup, and this tasted amazing!!! My son remarked that it was perfect, and the best he has ever had. I agree! The amount of meat in each bowl was very generous, and great quality. My son loved it so much he asked if he could use his straw to finish his broth - I let him just this once. He told the staff that it was the best lunch he has ever had. Pretty good praise from a teenager. This will now be a regular spot for us when we visit Grand Rapids.

This is the best place in GR for Pho. We tried the chicken one this time and while it good it was nothing in comparison to the original style. Just stick to the beef and tendon! (Not tripe fans) we love that all the add ons are always so fresh and generously portioned. We are also addicted to the Vietnamese eggrolls with the peanut sauce. So crispy, so flavorful, so filling! We get 8-10 egg rolls for a healthy mid day snacks while we are on the go. Great car food 😉 We have also tried lots of other dishes as well and they are always cooked well with great flavor. Service is always prompt and friendly. They will not rush you either like at normal American restaurants. Typically we got to the counter to pay when we are done. After we signal we are finished our servers usually will make sure to thanks and bye.

Hairdresser recommended the place. Forgot to mention I'm pescatarian. With that said, the broth of all pho, even vegetable and shrimp one, is traditional beef, so I had to get something else. The noodles I ordered was OK. Had good flavor and "wok hay". Wish they had satay on the side though. Boyfriend ordered Kung pao beef with rice but he said there were no peppercorn and can barely taste the pepper. Waiters were nice. Able to make recommendations based on my dietary restrictions. Before anyone wonders why I went to a vietnamese place, vietnam has great dishes for vegetarians. Anyways, they also gave us chili sauce when asked. Place was spacious and we went at an odd time that's not quite lunch nor dinner, so we had our space, which is nice.
