Horrible experience. They didn't have two of the dishes I wanted so I ended up just ordering an appetizer and empanadas. My chicken empanada was literally frozen. I obviously sent it back. It took more than 20 mins to bring me another one only to give me what looked and felt like an old , stale and burnt empanada. Service was also bad. I had to ask for napkins and not once did the waitress come to ask how everything was or ask if we needed anything else or refills. Nothing. The dish that my mom ordered wasn't even complete because they didn't have 2 of the main sides which we were never told about. If we would've knew she would have ordered something different! Not gonna lie, the place didn't look good on the outside, maybe for the locals is normal or they get used to it but is a lot nicer on the inside. The service was great from the greeting to the words used to the suggestions made, the food was really good, this is my first time there and I didn't know what to order because everything looked good on the menu, ended up getting Chivo and Mofongo with shrimp. I have been here twice for lunch and both times they got an order wrong. The second time it was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. The waiter took so long to ask for our order we told her we were ready. I ask for a fried egg instead of salad and maduros instead of tostones. She disregard it everything and brought me salad and tostones plus the chicken was cold. I told her and she told me that it would be extra which I told her was fine when I ordered my meal.
