Excellent tacos that are great quality.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Taco - $5.65: One of the best tacos I’ve had in a while. Amazing! I asked the waiter what he would recommend if this was my only visit and he was so right.

It was bold and strongly seasoned, but in a way that it was balanced. It was a dense taco, too. All the ingredients were high quality and fresh. The ranch flavor was strong and the bacon rich.

Both tacos I had were made with a hard shell wrapped in a soft shell, which I REALLY liked. I normally don’t like hard shell because it falls apart so bad, but this made it VERY manageable. It was still messy with the sauces and grease oozing out when biting into it, but it was a lot better than otherwise. It is part of the nature of eating a tacos.

He also said they were larger than average tacos and worth the price. While the quality certainly justifies the cost, the size was fairly comparable to normal tacos though maybe a marginal 15-20% larger.

Blue Dream Taco - $5.65: Again, bold and strong seasoning. Maybe I was still spinning from the last one, but this one was a touch less than the other. Still very good! This one had a bit of a punch of spice, though it was fairly manageable for me (I can do habanero hot).

Carne Asada Burrito - $14.85: My friend ordered this. He said it was heavier on the rice, smaller than expected for the price, though it tasted good. He did not get a fork (I gave him mine since I was not using it). He thought it was a bit overpriced.

House Chips and Salsa - $2.85: VERY good chips. The flavor was spot on. The texture was what you’d expect from a great Mexican restaurant.

The salsa as VERY watery and messy. Every single dip spilled everywhere. That said, it was tasty, well balanced, and mildly spicy. If it was easier to eat with the chips, I would highly recommend it for sure.

Service: Helpful, positive, and polite. Our waiter was polished and cleanly dressed.

Atmosphere: Very colorful graffiti like painting some of which is mildly grotesque and uncomfortable including a cartoonish character in underwear. Mushrooms are a strong theme against the back wall we sat at.

I would have a hard time bringing my kids, honestly. However, I did see some people bring their children. Choose your spot strategically if you do.

The floor is concrete. The chairs are all metal. The tables are wood. Some are high tables with metal bar stools. They do have a bar you can sit at. They do keep it fairly clean and organized.

Conclusion: I would highly recommend their tacos. Their food is excellent quality. The atmosphere is something you either love or hate. The service is very good.

The worst Taco to exist in the land of tacos! Stop turn around leave.

Order was wrong, Food was cold and wet, food didn't taste good, terrible value.

Idk who these crazy people are that give away 5 stars to this place but if you are reading this heed the warning. It's a nope from me dog and it should be for you too. When I got back to the office with a sour look on my face and said I went to Condado they called it a "rookie move" apparently it's known that this place is bad. These tacos were on par with food from that one friend who stops seasoning food after using only salt. This food makes a cold lunchable feel like a 5 start meal.

I ordered 4 Corn tortilla tacos with onions and cilantro with a side of chips and salsa. I paid $23.36.

My order: 1 chicken, 1 brisket, 1 steak, and 1 pork taco. All tacos came to the table cold and mysteriously wet. I got more onions than meat on the brisket, and steak tacos and got zero cilantro at all on any of the tacos. Between plating in the kitchen and coming to the table my flour tortillas turned to mush. On the bright side I was hydrated after eating my tacos.... It was akin to dunking a slice of bread in water. 1/10. The Salsa had no flavor, except the hint of celery which isn't an ingredient in the salsa, I didnt taste the Jalapeño that the menu mentioned. I asked for Pico which was no better; salsa as a whole was a 3/10. the chips were stale and had a decent coating of oil with no salt or seasoning 3/10.

I ate 3/4 tacos (brisket, steak, and pork) looked at the cold wet chicken taco, paid and left. I was worried it would be criminal to offer it to a unhoused person an decided not to commit any crimes today.

My stomach hurt about 15 minutes later and returned to Condado to pay my respects. The stretch from the kitchen, restroom area as well as the bar pass do not smell pleasant at all and need to be deep cleaned.

Overall Condado of Grand Rapids gets a 1/5 stars. I do not recommend at all. I gave this Condado a chance after being disappointed in Cincinnati but one thing I can say is at least the locations...

Condado Tacos is an absolute gem! The moment I stepped onto their charming patio, adorned with whimsical lights and a captivating painted mural, I knew I was in for a memorable dining adventure.

Let's start with the margaritas. What a brilliant idea to offer a flight of three different flavors! This allowed me to explore a variety of tantalizing tastes, each as refreshing and enjoyable as the last. Having the freedom to savor multiple margarita flavors without having to settle for just one was an absolute treat!

Now, let's talk about the corn salsa. Oh my goodness, it was an explosion of flavor! The best I have ever had, hands down. The combination of fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of spices created a salsa that was both addictive and memorable. It perfectly complemented the deliciously crafted tacos that Condado Tacos is renowned for.

Speaking of tacos, being able to create my own culinary masterpiece was a delightful experience. I loaded up my chicken taco with peppers and onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and finished it off with a tantalizing chipotle crema. Every bite was an explosion of flavors, and I couldn't help but savor each and every one of them. The quality and variety of toppings were truly impressive, allowing me to personalize my tacos to perfection.

One aspect that truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the speed at which my tacos arrived at the table was remarkable. The combination of great service and quick food preparation made the overall dining experience even more enjoyable.

Condado Tacos has become one of my go-to places for a delicious and memorable meal. The lively atmosphere, the mouthwatering tacos, the delightful margarita flight, and the exceptional service all contribute to an outstanding dining experience. I cannot recommend this...

Another great trip and good food this time at Condado of Grand Rapids. I've now been to locations in Lexington Kentucky, Dublin Ohio, and Grand Rapids Michigan and they're all fantastic. Very similar atmosphere at each location but my favorite was Lexington Kentucky. I'll keep going as long as they keep making great food. Not you're everyday Mexican. Packed full of fresh flavor. I keep trying something new with each trip and have not been disappointed with one exception and that was the diet coke like soda they serve in Grand Rapids. Not Coke or Pepsi and a very weird taste. Might be your thing but it wasn't mine. On a side note I did see everybody ordered water, might be a coincidence. 4 tacos, nachos, chips and 3x dip, and 2 margaritas with 25% tip for the excellent staff was around $85. I ordered the four tacos to go. It really doesn't do it justice when you're having to reheat but still very good. I suggest ordering some sort of queso or dip to put on your nachos as it didn't come with any Pico or salsa or sour cream or anything of that nature. Ask and see what your options are. I could easily eat them without as well. Enjoy.
