I came to Morning Belle for brunch 10/22 with my girlfriend. The staff was initially friendly, we were greeted and seated by a great hostess. The atmosphere is inviting, bright lights and plants set a nice mood... The dance music they were playing was both too loud and didn't match the environment, but that didn't bother too much. Kenzie was our server. She served us dirty dishes, and when I asked for them to be replaced, she didn't apologize and said that the dishes weren't dirty. I showed her that they were indeed dirty by wiping away the residue. (Your water pitchers either need to be polished or there is a protective coating that is coming off. Either way, management needs to figure out a solution because it's pretty gross) She comes back with new dishes and again doesn't apologize just says that if these new dishes aren't good enough I can just use paper cups. We get our food a couple moments later and my girlfriend opens her silverware to find there is crud crusted on that as well. I watched Kenzie (our waitress) watch my girlfriend clean her own fork and just walked away. A few moments later she brings us a bill (unprompted) and sarcastically says "hope you have a better day" and walks away without asking us if we needed/wanted anything. I had to go find a box behind the hostess stand so I can bring home my girlfriends 12 dollar piece of avo toast.

Long story short, Kenzie gave us a very bad experience, the food is over priced, and we will probably...

First time visiting and arrived on a Saturday morning around 11:15 AM. Checked in and were given an estimated 40-45 minute wait. There were six tables waiting before us and we were seated by 11:45 (so a 30 minute wait overall). The indoor space was beautiful and my daughter and I loved it but it was really cold with a fan above us. The selection was great, a variety of options that were reasonably priced. I ordered Breakfast #2 (2 eggs, choice of meat, and belgium waffles or pancakes) and chose sausage and waffles. I got the iced latte (hazelnut with almond milk) to drink and it was creamy and good but easily to sip down within the 20 minutes between getting the drink and ordering food. The eggs are SOFT and fluffy, not like the scrabbled eggs I'm used to. My daughter got the classic breakfast (egg, choice of meat, and toast) and picked sausage. She didn't like the egg or sausage. She also got hot cocoa and loved that. The bathroom was cleanly and the service was slow but nice, everything we ordered was correct. Overall,...

After our bad experience and leaving a negative review, the owner contacted me with an offer to enjoy a complimentary dining experience in effort to make good on the situation. HOWEVER, upon responding to the email provided accepting the offer made, communication suddenly stopped and the gift card that was promised was never received. I sent another email to follow up, and still no reply. It's very clear they couldn't care less.

ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW

A used diaper is more appetizing. Apart from horrendous service by the hostesses - plural, our food was terrible. One of the items portion was so small that we ordered more food from somewhere else. It was a potato dish, yet had only a spoon full worth of potatoes. Not to mention it looked like it was literally dumped into the box after being stepped on. Both dishes were cold, even though we received it straight out of the kitchen. I paid $30 for this??? The only thing that was not a train wreck, was the toast....

I really wanted to love this place, but our server (Ellie/ Elisse) made sure that didn't happen. She had an issue with us from the moment we were seated. I'm not sure if this was a color issue, an intimidation factor, or a combination of the two. When I inquired about a type of bread served as toast, she became outlandishly nasty with a "Why are you asking me this?" tone. The last time I checked, it was common practice for a customer to inquire about the food or ingredients on a menu. If the worker doesn't like answering such questions, then perhaps she shouldn't work in the restaurant industry. She became even more obnoxiously rude when she realized she wasn't getting a tip. Apparently we live in a world where workers think they are now entitled to a tip regardless of the service they provide. Sorry- not in my world. I ended up speaking to the general manager, Sydney, who was very kind and apologetic. She urged me to come back and give this location another try.
