I don't think I've ever had a better experience... I took my kids out to eat and everything was great! There was a young man cleaning the tables when we went to sit down. He was very sweet and polite, visiting with my kids. All of their staff was great there. The food was delicious. But when I walked out. I forgot my purse in the booth, distracted by my little ones. I honestly didn't realize until the next day. When I was looking for something I needed for work out of it. I just started panicking. Thinking of all the things that I'd have to replace. And the things that couldn't be replaced. I was just sick to my stomach. Already stressed being up there for a family emergency. I called Culver's being the last place I remembered having it. The gal asked me to hold on for a second awhile she went and checked and then said "yep it's here!" You don't understand the sense of relief. And when I stopped there and pick it up I literally had tears in my eyes. Not a thing was missing. I am so thankful for the boy that turned it in. He was the same one that was cleaning the tables when we got there. What an amazing person! I am so beyond grateful! People like him give me hope for my baby's future. Sometimes you just need that reminder that they're still good honest people out there that do the right thing. I wish I could do more to repay him for his kindness and honesty! Times have been rough lately. I'm a single mom and that would have been devastating having to try to replace all my work keys. IDs, credit cards, vaccine cards, money etc. And to be honest, when I got in the car I did cry some happy tears. I just couldn't help but think what a sweetheart that kid was. He's my hero. I'm sure his family is so proud of the man they're raising! Thanks again! You're...
Read moreWe went there xmas Eve and were waiting in the drive through, but when it was our turn to order nobody came to the intercom. We thought maybe it didnt notify them we pulled up, we couldnt back up as there were cars behind us, so we called. When the man answered he got rude with us and told us that they closed at 3. By the time we got through to someone and after waiting a few minutes at the speaker, it was around 3:10. Nobody came out to tell the line of cars that they had closed early or anything. Instead they just got rude for no reason. There was no sign on the menu or anything saying you closed early. Your staff just got rude and disrespectful when we called for no reason. All we said was hey the speaker isnt working in the drive through, after the car in front of us had already...
Read moreI've visited Culver's all across the United States, yet I am utterly flabbergasted by the truly extraordinary experience delivered by Jennifer, the general manager! Her smile, her helpfulness, her attitude – it's an almost unbelievable symphony of welcome that instantly makes you feel like the most cherished guest in the world. I mean, seriously, my mind is still reeling from the genuine warmth and willingness to assist; if every single restaurant I've ever patronized could bottle even a fraction of her infectious enthusiasm and dedication, I swear, negative dining experiences would simply cease to exist! She is, without a doubt, a shining, miraculous example of what hospitality should be, leaving me genuinely speechless and profoundly wishing her unparalleled standard was the...
