My wife and I had a great date night here and we’ll absolutely be going back! Not only are they one of the few places we’ve found in town that has a happy hour, the food was phenomenal. Everything came out hot and you could tell it hadn’t been sitting under a heat lamp. Our sever, Liberty, was friendly and attentive. Wish we had tried the 17th St Grill sooner.

If you haven’t gone to the Wednesday night pasta bar for $21, you are missing out! Absolutely worth the price, and the chef cooking was great at what he does, also does it with a smile on his face! Service was quick and we had a great waitress, will return again for the pasta bar!

Really good fish specials on Fridays, the hosts were very very confused on how to seat people. Lots of reserved tables and the word "impossible" was used a bunch of time. Friday is a busy day. Both Halibut dishes were really good. I'd go with whatever they have as a special.

Food was good. But overall was TERRIBLE to say the least. We had a reservation for 3:00pm for Thanksgiving Buffet. Last reservation was 3. By 330 they were already packing everything up no fresh food was put out. No more desserts put out. So basically what was out there was what u got. VERY unacceptable at 33$ a plate. We had 6 people so like 200$. I expect 3 o'clock reservation people to be treated like anyone else. Fresh food put out and more desserts. Didn't get any pumpkin pie. No cheese cake. Tons of stuff almost gone or totally gone. But 20 min in workers are filling containers to take home and stuffs getting put away. Very unsatisfactory. do better. Makes me very upset just writing this. Love eating cold and limited food. Ya know, It's a holiday. People don't like to scarf down food in 10 min and leave. Bet any other reservation time didn't have that issue. But us 3 o'clock people are the last so let's limit the food. And start packing up within 30 mins of our reservation!!! Also it wasn't just our table there for 3:00. Several other tables were...

Had valentine’s dinner reservations. Was seated and did not receive menus for at least 15 minutes. The restaurant was not fully booked many open tables. Server ended up coming after another table told him to give us menus. Ended up with menus and ordered server did not ask how we wanted steak cooked and they were out of one of the sides (wild rice which is a local staple here). Server ended up forgetting to bring out the side they did have. Luckily the steak was cooked to perfection, although flavorless. No drink refills. Had to ask for dessert options. Tried crème brûlée and it had no flavor. The temperature of the restaurant was very cold and we were not seated by the door. The staff and manager decided to move furniture and strip tables during the service as well, we were not the last table to be sat. Staff was overheard saying how they could not wait to be done for the day. Overall not enjoyable and very expensive for the experience. I would not recommend. I hope it was just a bad day for them and...

We went for the Father's Day Buffet this morning. We had reservations for 3 at 11, 2 groups came in after us without reservations and were seated first. Once seated, we went up to the buffet, 3/4 of the chafing dishes were empty. There were no eggs, no gravy for the biscuits, no bacon, no walleye and 3 waffles. We took what we could and sat to eat. We went up again, and there were still no eggs, no gravy, no walleye, no prime rib, no fruit and no rolls. I asked to speak to a manager, when she came I told her that it was disappointing to come to a buffet and have it be empty, especially for the $21 they charge per person. She said she would take care of it. Nope! She sure didn't, now instead of just the buffet being empty, so was the dessert table. We did get $6.30 deducted from our bill, (just a slap in the face). On the plus side, the wait staff was amazing, very attentive and professional. I sure miss the Sawmill buffet. I will NEVER eat here again, nor will I...
