Horrible phone services , horrible customer services. In store employee are ok . But att does nothing but through their teeth, breaks the contract that you sign , wont help you anymore unless you qualified for help. What now att picks who they want to help and dont care for the others? I never sign up for that . I called to set in a promise to pay and they lied about the day that we agreed on . And its in our notes and recorded. They take money out of your account with out permission. So DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFORMATION. Att blames you for their mistakes. They dont care about anyone . ATT should not be a phone service or company anymore for all the illegal stuff they pull. I brought a phone on my upgrade because I was having issue with my other . I got told it would work but nope it dont . Even one of the employees at the store told us that my phone and others are having the same issue and I should of went with the pro . Read moreThe store and employees r very good, but at&t it self is horrible! Dont trust them! Since they bought out direct TV, things have gotten so complicated! They say this and that, promise u this and that and when u change something, they will lie and tell you that it wont affect any promos. Well, its BS! I was with them for over 12 years and customer service used to be great for most part, but if they r going to charge me for a phone I was promised free and cant send me a copy of the contract, then I wont give them anymore of my hard earned $! I should actually charge them for the hrs I spent on the phone trying to get a mistake taken care of on their end that took over 3 months to get solved! Not including all the other times I had to call. Atleast 12 hrs the last 2 yrs! They will never get my business...
Read moreMy first exp was brief and still helpful. Steph an I had a few chuckles and it was much needed after the stress of misplacing my ID. Not gonna lie... I was a MESS. She was super chill and reassuring and i left feeling like i was a customer who mattered. When I returned the next day... was helped by a different Rep. His attn, professionalism, and demeanor was high quality. We briefly shared some stories while the transfer was going through, also quality. I'm a tad "old school" and he knew that by chatting. It's how I like doing business. Get it done but be involved. The Northwoods is a special place to me, and how we carry ourselves going into winter matters very much to me.
