I used to really enjoy Dragonfly Coffee, but my recent experiences have been mixed. On the positive side, the bakery items are consistently good, and I love that they support disabled workers—it's such an important initiative. However, I've noticed some troubling behavior from the staff. I've overheard conversations where the disabled workers are talked about as if they aren't present, which is disappointing because they're perfectly capable of speaking for themselves if given the chance.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere has changed. The new staff come across as rude and not as welcoming as before. The drinks, which used to be excellent, don’t seem to be made with the same care—they often feel improperly mixed. Thankfully, that’s an easy fix with a straw, but it’s noticeable.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously because Dragonfly Coffee has the potential to be a truly wonderful...

This organization is not only welcoming but such a wonderful example of how to be of service and lead with kindness in the world. Our large party was taken care of quickly and the manager even hopped behind the counter to accommodate all of us. The coffee was made quickly and they were able to keep such a great flavor.
