From the moment you walk into Unwined Up North you instantly feel right at home. From the staff that meets you with a smile and a conversation, to the tables and atmosphere you’re welcomed with as you sit down. IT’S NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. That’s not to mention the perfect food/wine selection. The wine list obviously out ways the food list, but for how small the menu is, the chef in the kitchen knows how to make mouth watering food!!! The flatbread and dipping sauces are perfection. Now for what you’re probably going to the wine bar for... the wine... whether you’re looking for something familiar or new, the staff will always give you what you need, and you’ll walk away happy because this is the perfect place to truly UNWINED.

Took my grandma out for lunch and we decided to try Unwined. I had always thought this was more of a 'drink wine and have some tiny food' place, but was so pleasantly surprised! First off, there's more than just wines. Their hot toddy's are amazing and there's plenty of other cocktails available. Second, these menu items are FULL MEALS. The appetizer, the sandwiches, the soup... it's way better than I imagined! Third, it's so cozy and laid back. My anxiety was nowhere to be found. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Really great place in Grand Rapids! Their food was awesome, especially the Splithand panini and MacGyver flatbread that we tried. I love that their wines are Minnesota-focused, and the two that I tried were very delicious, both from Cannon River Winery. Our server was phenomenal, very friendly and attentive --- plus she gave us great food recommendations. I also really liked that there was art for sale on the walls. I will definitely be back here any time I'm visiting the area, and I highly recommend checking them out!

We were greeted as we entered the door with such welcoming friendliness. We ordered three different flatbreads. One of them was the wrong one BUT it was the best mistake. All three flatbreads were incredibly delicious and a unique combination of flavors so pleasing to the palate. They immediately offered to replace the mistake but we denied it because we were so delighted with the substitution. They sent us home with a slice of cheesecake to make up for it. The “Elvis” cheesecake made me question every life decision I’ve made up until that point. It was so good! The food and the customer service at this establishment makes me want to drive four hours back to Grand Rapids just...

I ordered a savory and sweet charcuterie board without stepping foot in this establishment until the day of pick up. I sent a message to the restaurant via Facebook messenger and gave a dollar amount I wanted to spend and that’s it! (I wanted them to just give me what they specialize in.) I would give a galaxy of stars for how amazing this turned out. I truly hope they are a long lasting small business in Grand Rapids!!
