Pinkie's Ice Cream and Desserts — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

It was our first time and shop was real cute and had nice seats inside. Libby was the only one working at the time and she was so kind and caring. She paid attention to details and went to the back to check when I asked if they had any coffee flavor. She found Oreo Espresso and it was delicious! Libby deserves a raise since it is absolutely a blessing to have a staff like her who genuinely care. It was so refreshing to see how she was working. It is rare to see nice people like her nowadays. Thanks again, Libby for your amazing service. I hope you’re treated like you deserve to be treated. You’re amazing!! :)

Strawberry was excellent. Strawberry Cheesecake was ok and wasn’t impressed by Praline Pecan.

Pinkie’S ice Cream. I think the name says it all.

It’s an ice cream parlor. It is not a soda fountain, much to my dismay. ( Grand Rapids really needs a real soda fountain somewhere.)

I wish you could say I counted how many flavors they had, but I was too busy eating ice cream.

I know they had Bluemoon, I know they had Blackberry. (I saw the Bluemoon, I had the BlackBerry) I’m assuming if they had vanilla and chocolate. It seems they had a ton of other flavors, but when I saw the BlackBerry I stopped looking.

I think it’s been half an hour just looking at the Cool artwork on the walls.

i’ve never been more pleased with ice cream than i have since trying pinkies!! this locations staff is full of energy even with lines out the door, and they make sure to give you the attention you deserve. i’ve become such a regular they know to tell me if my favorite (sea monster) is in stock!! being recognized and remembered is something i value so much as a consumer, i’ve ditched buying expensive ice cream and stick to pinkies pints to go. thank you for making living in grand rapids a little sweeter, one sea monster pint at a time. -sincerely a lifelong ice...
