The good: some of the food was decent for the most part. We loved our appetizer even though the ratio of bread to cheese was off. My partners Mac n Cheese was really good. However, I would say the only special thing about this place was the different root beers… until you end up paying $3 a glass for something that’s nothing more than a novelty.
The Bad: starting out, the service was lacking and seemed someone disorganized despite not having the same staffing issues of other restaurants we frequent. I order the top sirloin platter for myself. The fries were okay, but I paid extra for 5 dipping sauces that came out as nothing more than little dollops of flavorless aoli’s. The Brussel sprouts were fine because they were actually cooked perfectly, but they were so burning and bland. No honey glaze, balsamic vinegar, nothing… now for the star of the dish, the top sirloin steak. I ordered it medium and it came slightly rare, which isn’t that big of a deal. I generally order it medium because if I don’t they often come almost blue. It had okay flavor, but like the rest of the dish, it was kind of bland and boring. I will say I must question the grade and quality on this cut as it was incredibly chewy, and there were strands of silver skin throughout the half my partner and I managed to choke down. I explained this to our server and his response was “that’s too bad”. When he saw my reaction which left my mouth ajar and eyebrow raised, he attempt to offer to retire it, but what he should of down was taken 25-50% of the price of the dish itself given we didn’t eat half of it and he took from us. This left a bad taste in my mouth and it was enough to recommend to my coworkers, foodie friends, and other restaurant owners I’ve consulted for not to visit this place. It was suppose to be a birthday treat to myself and after spending nearly $100 for my partner and I, I can’t help but wonder how they will stay in business. Maybe their other locations, which I will say have been amazing, is what will keep this one going. Regardless, I doubt this place will see me or anyone...
Read moreI’m always so conflicted about this place. Maybe some of the best food in Gr but what is with the service at this place recently! I went in with a group of 5 last night at 6 o’clock (on a Sunday), I expected a wait because I know they don’t do well with larger parties being such a small place especially at 6pm. Waited for about ~20ish minutes, and ordered about 5 minutes later. The waiter almost walked away from the table without taking the last persons order. We ordered 2 apps for the table that took over half an hour to get to us. In this time literally all but 2 other tables had cleared out from the restaurant and the other 2 tables were a 2 top and a 3 top, that had all already gotten there meals. There was no other party waiting on food in the whole restaurant at this point. I saw there were still a few tickets in the window (must have been employees food or to-gos). From the time we ordered our food to the time our main entrees got to the table was 50 mins+. I get we were a 5 top and it may take a little longer but nearly an hour is pretty ridiculous. The waiter never came and apologized for the wait, never came to fill our waters and only gave us a refill on drinks when we got our food. I’ve waited longer elsewhere where I’ve been pleased with the service just because the servers were helpful and communicative. As someone who has worked in this industry most of my adult life, I get there’s mistakes that slow things down and I’m glad the food turned out spectacular, just communicate with your patrons! Also really disrespectful to go eyeing up how much we tipped before we even made it 10 feet from the table. Bad server etiquette especially for how much you pay to eat there, 70$ tab for 2 people in the group who had 1 drink, 2 apps, 2 entrees and no modifications or addons.
TLDR: amazing food, long wait, terrible...

I don't usually write reviews, but the four or five times my girlfriend and I have dined at Cheetah's has been consistently outstanding! I think consistency is one of the most important qualities to possess in any business or profession. Based on my experiences dining at Cheetahs I can say that consistency is apparent in the high quality, fresh foods and service. Additionally, I've tried the Au Jus prime rib sandwich, the electric cheetah mac n cheese, the turkey sandwich and burger. All have been fresh and delicious. Dessert, also phenomenal, includes fresh baked M&M, oatmeal, peanut butter cookies. I can tell that all the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the managers must really take the approach of the more money you put in to ingredients and quality of the food the more you get out. What really prompted me to write the review is related more to service. The couple of times we've seen the owners at the restaurant they were incredibly friendly, personable and provided great service making us feel welcomed and comfortable. We finally met the owners, Mark and the other one's name I can't quite remember. But Mark, was incredibly nice and seems to really care about the customers. Specifically, tonight we were sitting at the bar and there were two girls and their Dad dining in for the younger daughters birthday. He was incredibly friendly and really caring to not only us, but the little girls and their Dad. You could tell he made them feel special. Finally, we saw the birthday girl get a homemade cookie and we thought we'd try one and split it. Instead Mark brought us out 2 quite large cookies and only charged us for the one.
