The Dutch Room & Mad Dog's Pizza (Delivery Available) — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

We went in on a Sunday night to watch the football game. Our server was quick to let us know that there was a pretty substantial wait on our food, an hour at the earliest. We were fine with that and sipped on our drinks. We then decided to meet up with some friends at another location and let a different server know we needed our bill and to cancel our meal, since it’d only been maybe 10 minutes, no way they would’ve started it since there was an hour wait. We put the money on the table for our drinks and the server who brought us our bill, not our original server, told us our food was almost ready. We understood and asked for the food to go and put down more cash on the table for the dinner. Then our original server came over and accused us of trying to steal the food and making her have to pay for it. We were shocked. The money was on the paper check not five inches from her face and she treated us like petty criminals. We pointed out the money, speechless, and she took it with no apology and never brought our change (even though there was plenty more than covered the bill). A different server brought out our food to go and we left as quickly as possible. It was a horrible experience. I will never be back. I am appalled by the treatment we got and the fact that she never brought change; she was so rude to us I would’ve never left...

Unfortunately, it's about pull tabs. I had won $1,000 and I was on a bad date and I didn't tip the lady which I felt horrible about when she told me that I didn't tip her and then I tipped her $50. Then I hit a $1,000. However, I was in the pot for $800. So theoretically I only won 200 and I tipped the lady $20 which is 20% of what I won. Then she had the audacity to give me a hard time about it, that I wasn't a good tipper and basically said that's why we call you out on it. I thought it was extremely unprofessional and petty at best. This was the person that made the negative comment that I was very unhappy about because like I said I did tip her 20% of what I won. As I understand it, you don't have to tip it all. I also tipylped the waitress that I messed up and didn't tip, the last time $20 and my meal was only 12. Theoretically the lady the I didn't tip the first time in my humble opinion doesn't have the right to call me out on not tipping her even though it was a mistake by me and I did tip her. To expect tips from handing me, some pull tabs is a little bit ludicrous in my humble opinion as well. But still I didn't come there to get confronted and treated like garbage I don't appreciate being called out or treated like I am a low life or however one would view that. Called and placed the order at 6pm. Ordered an 8-pc bone in teriyaki, 8-pc bone in garlic parm, and a 12” Big Dog no mushrooms crispy. I repeated my order. I was told it would be delivered in an hour. An hour and 10 minutes later I called back to check on my order. She said it was just getting put in the oven as they got busy and guaranteed it would be hot when I received it within 30 minutes. So when I finally received my order 1 hour and 40 minutes after I had ordered it, it was cold and more than half of it was not even cut, had mushrooms on it, and it definitely was not crispy.
