I just had the worse experience EVER! First of all I have a feeding tube so I do not eat and I was going to the restaurant to get food for my boyfriend I told the guy at the register that I got Bosco sticks he confuse that with baklava I told him I did not want baklava he got an attitude with me was very rude! He refused to explain the receipt to me and why the pice went from 14 to 19 over a .48 cent different for Bosco Sticks with feta cheese! The rude guy at the register threw the money, food, and cup at me! I am on a walker, I have a feeding tube in my nose and I have a chronic neurological condition I was shaking and crying. The person in line behind me even said he was a jerk! But no one said anything to him! My boyfriend want to take the food back they refused to give us our money back or take the food back! They implied that we were trying to get free food?!?! We told the up front we didn't want the food anymore! No one offered any apology I am humiliated and beyond embarrassed I will never ever come here again!!!!!!! And it's really sad because I've been a loyal customer basically my whole life! But I will NEVER give them a dime again and advise everyone I can to do the same!...
Read moreI've visited them for a few times, and honestly, I didn't regret it. The place is good, spacious, has a nice ambience, and filled with aroma of their specialty food. I'd like to emphasize here that I'm a pure vegetarian and I tried only the vegetarian dishes there, and therefore my review will be based purely on what all vegetarian stuff I tried over there. And there's lots of it. So I tried their 1) AMAZING FALAFELS WITH HUMMUS - Perfectly cooked, sizzling hot and lipsmackingly tasty.. 2) Babaghanouj, pita bread, fattoush salad, grape leaves - Perfect taste, prefect spices, on a milder side of spiciness, and an ideal dinner plate.. 3) Lentil soup and Mujaddara - Mildly spiced, hot, and simply awesome. More of a lunch plate.. and comes with salads.. The food quality is awesome and quantity is sufficient in the price range. They have a self service, so you've to take it by yourself, and then they have their sodas with 4-5 varieties. They have candy stall for juniors, and magazines and stuff like that too, so a great place for a family dinner or outing, if you want to enjoy Middle...
Read moreI’ve been a regular at this restaurant since highschool (2014) & enjoy treating myself when I’m in town visiting family but today I was extremely disappointed. When I walked in to order, the guy making the gyros didn’t say anything but simply pointed to the cash register, then my dad updated me on their changes and that we’d have to pay for our sandwich prior to it being made. I asked for extra cucumber sauce on mine which I reminded the cashier twice and still did not receive it as it was not emphasized to the guy making the food, in addition to my dads order being completely wrong. Even the pita was on wheat instead of white like he ordered which is a mistake that would have easily been avoided if the ordering process was back the way it used to be. But its fine- moving forward my family & I will go to Eastern Deli where I can check my food in real time as its being ordered to ensure its accurate instead of getting all the way home and realizing things are wrong and not as they were ordered. Not to mention I understand inflation BUT our total was over $35 bucks for 2 gyros...
