Genuinely the rudest experience that I've had with a random stranger through a drive-through.
Both of the employees were super grumpy but the young woman running the intercom and handing out food had the attitude of a high school child. When I placed my order through the drive-thru speaker the response was "your total is $9 and some odd cents"
Assuming that I should pull to the first window I pulled forward to the first window. No one was there. This is typical I didn't think anything of it I always assume that food service workers have the worst things going on and have the utmost patience. I pulled forward to the second window. A woman with very bleached eyebrows and a silver wig eventually walked up to the second window which was also empty. She opened it and said "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO PULL TO THE FIRST WINDOW" and nothing else just staring at me. I responded " You didn't say which window and no one was there." She did not respond so I offered to go back to the first window. Another miserable seeming employee took my card silently at the first window and sent me back to the second. The woman with bleached eyebrows asked me to pull forward and she would bring my order out. I waited for 10 minutes watching only a few customers come through one at a time receiving their food and leaving with no issues. I then returned to the window to see that my order was sitting on the counter and yet again the employees were nowhere in sight. When the woman with bleached eyebrows did walk into the main kitchen area and see me she grabbed my bag and silently handed it to me rolling her eyes and then wandering back out of sight. My food was cold.
I know working in this location can be difficult but cannot understand why there would be such extremely grumpy employees. I'm assuming that they need...
Read moreUpdate: OH MY SWEET JESUS! Against my better judgement, I tried this place again. Even though I've had nothing but terrible experiences. It's close and I needed something fast. I jumped on the mobile app, picked some items and sent the order. Checked in as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I no more than walked in and dude at the counter was asking who has a mobile order "I do, me, pick me" I raised my hand. He asked me if everything looked right and then BAM! food on the plate within a minute. AND THEY WERE SLAMMED! This visit restored my faith, I will not be as hesitant for my next visit. So don't do me dirty, keep training your employees right!
Previous review: 1 Star Every time I think I should try this place again is A HUGE disappointment. NEVER go here during lunch hours, it takes 10-15 minutes to order and another 10-15 minutes to get your food. Not a single employee knows what's going on here. I've tried to use the mobile order app a few times and that's an even bigger disaster. Somehow it takes longer to get your food this way than just normal ordering, which seems backwards of how it should work. Read moreI normally haven’t had an issue with this location but on this occasion I waited about 15 mins to order at the drive thru screen. I then drove up, paid, and waited about another 15 mins for my food. There were about 6 staff members in there that I could see. Then a guy came up to the window and seemed to not know what was going on. He then gave me the wrong size drink, I had ordered a large coke and he gave me a medium. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized it was root beer because I also had to get my own straw. It also had no ice in it. So warm root beer… He then gave me my order. I got a number 1 Dave’s single, no tomato, large size. He handed me my order and he told me, a number 1, no onion, medium. When I told him it was supposed to be without tomato he said, “oh, we’ll I guess you’ll just have to take it off yourself.” He also didn’t realize I ordered a small frosty until I mentioned it to him. Thankfully I didn’t have an allergy to tomato and could do the work myself but the customer service and overall experience was very terrible.
