I really wish I had left a review for the visits during the day because that staff is great! Sadly, the crew at night are miserable and rude!!! This is my second visit at night in which I left to go to another location further from my home in Grand Terrace. Tonight I entered and no one greeted me. When the young lady proceeded to help she asked what I wanted I said footling wheat flatbread and waited for her to ask what type of sandwich. She never asked but proceeded to put some type of meat on my sandwich. I asked if that was mine because she never asked what I wanted. She got an attitude and threw away the meat, then she asked what I wanted and I said veggie so she was annoyed and threw away the bread, then grabbed new bread. Her coworker (who attempted to help me on a previous occasion that caused me to leave) was laughing at our interaction. So now she asks me what type of cheese so I told her. I noticed one slice of cheese had gotten hard from being on top so I asked her to replace it. She rolled her eyes and threw it away. I said, never mind I will go someplace else. The whole time neither employees made any eye contact and moved like they were so annoyed to be there. I left but came back to ask for a number to their DM and the other young lady said she had no number and what do I want to complain about. I said, each time I’ve been in at night you guys are rude and not helpful. She proceeded to explain why the cheese was hard and defend her coworker saying she did nothing wrong. I said, the service during the day is great, but this is the second time I’ve been in and had this type of interaction. This is where my blood started to boil because this young lady said, “well you should switch to coming in during the day if that’s the case!!!!!!” She had such a horrible demeanor that I cannot understand how she is able to treat customers this way and still have a job! I told her this is the type of service I am talking about. She never gave me a number and told me to call the store for it during the day! Grand Terrace is a small community and I try my best to support our local businesses, but the service level needs to be better. Read moreI really like this subway but unfortunately they do not take coupons or app specials this has caused me to start going to the other subway down center since they are a participating location. I really hope the owner of this location decides to start accepting the subway app specials because by not taking coupons you could possibly be losing a lot of business with inflation so high and rising food cost we have to start saving any way we can.
Update 4/25/24 Arrived at the Subway at 8:54 Google maps shows open the sticker on the door shows they open at 8:30 there's a lady inside filling condiments avoiding to make eye contact after yelling through the crack in the door and knocking on the door very hard asking what time they open continue to be ignored the attitude from this store is insane I hope the store manager knows what kind of people he has working for him I had actually been recently coming to this store and had good experiences but after this experience I will no longer be coming here.

Read moreTonight I had the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a subway from a girl who says her name is Alex! I went in with my family at 7 well before they close. We started ordering our sandwich and right in the middle of making my food she stops to refill the lettuce. I told her I'm not getting lettuce she says I know and proceeds to walk to the back and bring out several things which she refills before she comes back and asks what else I want. I then say to her are you done so I can order? We pay for our food and she says I don't appreciate your little comment. Excuse me?
