Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Terrace

Baseline store sucks lately! Cant go in there and get anything I want! Several weeks ago i tried twice to get a thin crust pep. Nope. They were too busy filling large orders to handle little individual customers like me. That happened twice in a row. Couple weeks later I called ahead to see if I could get the same thing. A thin crust pet. The guy told me 15 or 20 minutes I said great I was on my way to work wasn't a problem I had to stop to make first. By the time I got there it wasn't even in the oven. They kept telling me Oh it'll be out in a minute it'll be out in a minute in the meantime they were filling orders left and right I don't know who they were filling in for the lobby was full of people standing around waiting. Finally after 45 minutes wait and now I'm going to be late for work they finally got my pizza ready the girl at the counter knew I was looking for my pizza cuz I had been there for 45 minutes the guy walked up told her it was an order for Darla and lay it on the counter next to her and she wouldn't even give it to me. I had to finally just go around there and get it myself and walk out with it. She didn't say "thanks" "sorry" "get lost"..nothin. So yesterday like a dope I went over there again to try to get something thinking that if I can't get my pizza hot and ready surely I can get breadsticks. Nope no breadsticks. There was a wait and was that fine--no it wasn't fine but I said okay anyway and asked if she cud change the bill I had. It was larger than a 20. She looked at it and told me they couldn't change it. I know everybody has their policies but money is money, its the middle of tge day and you need to be ready. So I left. I'm not going back. There's too many other stores for me to go back there. Maybe I can go to the one by my house. I liked Baseline breadsticks best but I can't get any, so why bother? So...

This is what extra ham and pineapple looks like? I did extra because this is what I have gotten before when I don't request extra. This is what I normally see when I just get the hula Hawaiian. And the pizza was very flat instead of puffy like it usually is.

HOWEVER...I did call the store and explained my disappointment and was told that next time I order I will be credited 2 pizzas. Very appreciative of the fast and satisfactory customer service.

EDIT: So yet again an issue with this location. I ordered 2 crazy bread combos and was given 1 sauce. I, yet again, ordered 2 custom pizzas with extra toppings and sauce. Yes, extra sauce was done...but the toppings were all in the center of the pizza. Theres about 3 to 4 inches of pizza from the center that has only cheese and no toppings. That causes the center of the pizza to get soggy. And whoever cut the pizza did a poor job. We're having to tear the pieces apart. I'm done ordering from this location. I will be ordering from the one by el super on mt Vernon. HOPEFULLY they do a better job.

ANOTHER EDIT: ok...so 2 times they got the pizzas right. I was excited thinking, "hey, maybe they're reading these reviews of all these people complaining about the same thing and they're making improvements. " Maybe not. Tonight the pizzas are not what I ordered. Again....this is extra? This is NORMAL toppings and one pizza has half the toppings not on it. I PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS....I EXPECT EXTRA FREAKING TOPPINGS!!! Dropping my review from 2 stars to 1 and food and service are also...

If I could put no stars, I would. Let me start by saying, our family lives right next to this location, so it's convenient, or so I think...but as far as the quality of pizza at this store! Or the Horrendous horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, if that's what you want to call it, is THE ABSOLUTE WORST at any place I've ever been. I've put in orders online through app, and paid with cc...only to pickup and they don't have items I ordered, or food is wrong. When you ask for a refund, oh man. They don't give refund! And if the employee actually does so, it'll take 5_7 business days...then they will try to recharge you cash 💸!!!!and you're not getting food or what you ordered in the first place. The employees were hanging out with friends in lobby instead of helping customers. The other employees don't bother helping at all...refused to give name refund or food. The store never has inventory and you won't know til you've waited 2hours...the company doesn't hire anything but teens who don't care. The location is dirty....these employees didn't rectify any order or refund ...and they are being paid 20$ an hour....for what? Super rude..didn't care. Expected me to drive back home for separate payment and reorder whole order again!I will never go back to this location. There's too many places for pizza that will deliver what I ordered no problem. My order was over 40$ each order. ...
