Thank you. The staff was friendly, which I appreciate. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. Every table was dirty. The seating and floor areas were also visibly unclean. Business was slow, no drive-thru line, and only three tables were occupied, yet the space was unattended.
I’m glad the staff enjoys each other’s company. In an underpaid role with little value or respect shown, that camaraderie is a real strength. Still, after I asked, the tables were hastily wiped down using a container of cleaning water pulled from behind the counter, whose cleanliness I found questionable. Seats and floors remained dirty, raising Health Department concerns.
A staff member mentioned it had been “crazy busy” earlier, which I understand. I’ve worked in fast food, but during my visit, it was relatively quiet. A guest near me muttered “gross” while waiting to order, prompted by the state of the space. When I asked for support at the counter, there was little response. The food I received was cold. The honey mustard station was empty, though I was given packets when I brought it up; handled well, to their credit.
Still, it leaves the question: why would someone want to return? Between the cold food, unsanitary seating, and general disrepair, it felt like a space lacking care. These issues reflect a deeper concern—perhaps a lack of employee support, appreciation, or fair pay, all of which ripple out in the customer experience.

Read moreI've been to this Arby's many of times and not had any issues, but this time was the worst experience. First my husband ordered 2 med. drinks, but was given 1 med and 1 sm. Thankfully we were charged for what we received, but apparently someone was not listening when they took the order. Second, we ordered 3 sandwiches; 2 regular roast beef and one cheddar roast beef. The first regular had 4 pieces of meat, only one piece was between the buns, the other three were just wrapped up in the foil withe the "sandwich". The second regular was better. There were more slices of meat, and a couple seemed a little thinner, but still mostly thick slices. Also, the top bun was half off the sandwich. The cheddar also better, but still had a significant amount of cheese on the foil and thick slices of meat. Third, the meat was thick cut. Normally, at least evert other time I have had a roast beef sandwich, the meat sliced thin, thinner that fresh deli meat, but this was thick, significantly thicker than fresh deli meat. And while some may not think it's a big deal or make a difference, I noticed a difference in the taste and quality of the sandwich. And I didn't like it. Read moreI needed to take the time to leave a review for this place. I go here maybe 2 or 3 times a month (their mobile app has amazing deals that often rival other popular fast food chains). I never have had an issue, even when putting in large orders for a family. Today however, for their limited time brown sugar bacon, there was a communication error between the app and the store, which is not the stores fault. I requested plain but the app did not correctly display that to the cooks on the line, so they made it based on the apps wrong instructions. I explained this issue and came back for a replacement. They were very kind and there were no hassles in getting my order fixed. At the time I had to wait for a fresh batch of bacon, and they threw in a couple extra sandwiches just the way I like it for my time. This location's staff really do care about their customers. And you can put your trust in them knowing that if there ever were to be an issue, they will make sure to fix it, hassle free.
