I’ve been wanting to visit Carrabba’s again for 15 years! My husband and I went at 5:15 on May 20. My food was enjoyable, but there were some issues. The good: The dipping oil and herbs are delicious, and so is the chicken on pasta dishes. Our waitress was a tall girl with long, curly hair and glasses, and she was so sweet and helpful! The young man packing up to-go orders was dressed very professionally and seemed to be working hard. The bad: It was not busy at all when we walked in, despite the look of the parking lot. Workers were literally standing around. There is always something to do at a restaurant! They shouldn’t need to be told to at least try to LOOK busy. When customers first walk in, the hostess greets them, but then instantly turns their back to use the computer. It’s not very welcoming to have the “hostess stand” positioned so the hostesses don’t even face the customers. There was hair around my husband’s wrapped silverware. Our hostess was wearing a crop top, which is not professional, and doesn’t fit this restaurant’s “vibe”…. I overheard a male manager (tall, dark hair, beard) telling a young male worker about how he was going to have a female address the issue. (First of all, how was the girl even let out on the floor with a crop top? And secondly, the male manager shouldn’t be discussing the issue with another employee, especially not in front of customers. That’s both unprofessional and demonstrates poor leadership skills.) My husband’s fettuccine alfredo didn’t have enough sauce at all. The biggest issue is the place is not clean. There were ugly fake flowers on the tables that added nothing to the atmosphere except more areas for dust to collect. Cobwebs were in abundance, and the bathroom was disgusting. The bathroom(s) really need a deep clean at the very least, but a total remodel would be best! I wish I had read the other recent horrible reviews! Carrabba’s, I’m not interested in a generic response telling me to share my thoughts with you on another site. How about some ACTION? The people are clearly telling you your place is a filthy junk heap, the food is cold, the alfredo is dry, and service isn’t always great. Get to work!

TLDR: A nicer Olive Garden 🤣. Good food, convenient location, MUCH better wine than Olive Garden (at least what I’ve had), nice ambience/decor and decent service. I visited with my friend and her son. We ordered SPRINGTIME SANGRIAS (Midori liqueur, St~Germain liqueur, Bonizio Bianco white wine, pineapple juice and fresh sweet and sour are hand shaken with fresh mint leaves and topped with Sprite®). I love St Germain and it was SO good in this sangria! The drink was super refreshing and delicious. For an appetizer, we got the Bruschette Caprese, which I’m not actually seeing on the menu except for in the “classics combination” which we did not get. Either way it was very tasty and a large portion. Splitting it between two people, we were almost full before we got our meal, which was ok because we decided to split an entree 😎. We ordered and split the SALMON CAPPERI (Wood-grilled Salmon topped with oven-roasted grape tomatoes, fresh basil, capers and our lemon butter sauce). It was also really delicious, cooked well, and seasoned appropriately. The meal came with a side salad, and I ordered an additional one so we could both have salad. I ordered the side CAESAR SALAD (Wood-grilled chicken or shrimp served over romaine, croutons, parmesan and romano cheese and caesar dressing) and she ordered the side House Salad. Both were decent as salads go. I will say that I had a good meal here and would return based on this experience. I’ve visited in the past and didn’t enjoy it as much, so maybe they’ve stepped up their game? I’d give it a go if you have tried it before and didn’t particularly like it. It’s a chain restaurant, so keep that in mind, but as chains go, I’d say this is a good one!

When we walked in, things were a little astray because the beginnings of the Mother's Day crowd came trickling in. I think the host that they had up front could have used a little more help because she didn't even take our information for the first 10 minutes that we were there. The couple that came in after us left, but we stayed to see what would happen after they seated a party of 8 that was before us. Thank goodness we did. A manager finally came out to help pick up the slack, and we were seated rather quickly after the party of 8. Our waitress was also the bar person which made a lot of work for her to do but she did it really well. Our appetizer came out with the dinner rather late, but they apologized and took it off the bill. Regardless is Zuchini Fritte is very good. The rest of the afternoon went really well as people began to come in waiting for their Mother's Day tables. My husband had the Filet and shrimp Pasta Toscana while I had The Johnny Trio. Each came with a delightful side salad that we had the balsamic with crumble blue cheese, which I think was extra but was very nice. They were all incredibly delicious and worth every penny. Even if your day starts out bad, good food and a nice server can make it better.

I had a very sad experience last night. I arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation for 18 people in the semi private room. I was hoping to set up my balloons and bring in the cake they told us we could bring in for our 5:00 pm reservation. We planned to have a nice family meal with my parents for their 50th anniversary. We planned ahead, we had several options, but since we were told that we could reserve the private room and it was available at 5:00 on 5/5 we ended up choosing Carrabba's. My parents love Carrabba's so it seemed like a great option. Sadly, when I arrived I said "I have a 5:00 reservation". The host said "no you don't, we don't take reservations". He went on to tell me that they were all trained not to take reservations. No apology! He informed me that there was a large party currently seated in the private room and I was just going to have to plan on waiting. I was so disappointed and understandably angry. The staff did not seem to care at all that they had made a mistake. My sister actually made the reservation weeks ahead of time and called to confirm a couple hours before we arrived. When she called they confirmed the reservation and the time. She also complained when she arrived, and she was treated with the same cold response I was given. No apology. The large party ended up leaving at around 5:15. When they left every single plate, cup and napkin still remained on the table. They had not even made any sort of effort to pre-bus away anything. Then they sent one person to clear away 2-3 plates at a time. Slowly walking each small stack to the kitchen before returning far another small stake of plates. Meanwhile, two other staff members including the rude host were both cleaning other tables that nobody was waiting for while all 18 of us stood there in the lobby waiting for one person to clear the only table large enough to seat us. As time went on and we were still not seated, it became more and more apparent that they were making every effort to clear that table as slowly as possible to make us wait as long as possible. At 5:45 we finally decided to leave because we were concerned about how poorly we would continue to be treated by the staff that clearly hated us. While we were waiting we overheard a hostess answering the phone. She said "you want to make a reservation? Sure, I can help you with that. When would you like to come in?" Clearly they are continuing to lie to...

It was my parents 50th anniversary and my dad loves steak marsala so it was an obvious choice to celebrate at Carrabba‘s. I had called three weeks in advance to reserve their large room and was told that the reservation was complete. The day of the event I called 2 1/2 hours before arrival to verify that the room was still available and everything was ready for my parents celebration. I was told that yes I was on the books and they even gave my name and arrival time over the phone. When we arrived there was another group in the room and we were told that they do not make reservations (even though I had called twice to verify there was) and no apologies. Just the fact that no we do not take reservations. I showed them that I had called 2 1/2 hours previously and they still said we don’t do reservations. The host and manager were very rude and not apologetic. Since the other party was getting ready to leave we were fine. What happened next was what really caused this review. The table that we were waiting for was not cleaned off for over 30 minutes. There was one person clearing that table while all 18 of us were waiting. There was at least three other staff members clearing off other tables in the dining room, which had plenty of empty tables and no one waiting. The person clearing off the large table was obviously taking their time. They would grab three dishes and slowly walk to the to the kitchen then they would go back and grab a couple more dishes and go back. it took over 30 minutes of them slowly clearing the table and whispering to each other while we all waited! It was clear that they were doing this on purpose. We did nothing wrong. We called to verify. we were not rude, but even my dad said hey why don’t you have more people clearing off that table since we have all these people waiting? They continued to clear the table slowly for another 15 minutes after my Dad mentioned that. During this time, several people came to the door and turned around because they thought there was a huge waiting list because 18 people were standing around for 45 minutes. they lost a lot of business that night and we ended up leaving....
