I am only leaving a two star review based off of two employees, Eric and Rebecca. I did not receive my delivery, Which at first i was understanding because I do live in an apartment and Some people do steal. However, I called and explained to Rebecca that I did not receive my order. She proceeded to go back-and-forth with me about how she dropped it off at my door and knocked. I have two large dogs in my apartment, if anyone knocks at the door they are definitely going to alert me. But anyways, as I am continuously telling her that I do not have my food She transfers me to Eric, who then told me that there was nothing that he could do, implying that I was lying. he stated that people do this all the time, they claimed that they did not get their food and then they want a refund. I was not looking for a refund, I just wanted my food. after going back-and-forth for a few minutes Eric did eventually decide to remake my order and deliver it to me again. I only live four minutes away from the store, I order from this Jets frequently, I never have any problems. I understand that it is not Eric or Rebecca‘s fault that someone else took the order, I am not blaming them for that whatsoever, I will no longer select the contactless delivery option, but they both need to learn how to be more understanding and communicate better. most importantly not assume that everyone is just trying to get...
Read moreI have been going to this jets for the last 2-3 years as it is 5 minutes from my house I typically pick my order up as delivery can be quite long today my bf had it delivered because I had the car and he did not it had been well over an hour when he got the food from the driver it was not hot at all she stated to him that she had 3 delivery’s in front of ours if it take 5 min by car not even to get from our house to jets I’m not sure why our delivery was not prioritized after my bf spoke to mike the GM I had to call him to ask if we could just get a refund because he now would be going on 2 hours waiting on food he proceeded to tell me that I would either get what they remake for us or nothing at all at this point mike was very argumentative stating he could not guarantee us hot food he was very rude to me and I asked who was above him he stated no one and then said fuxk you I dont believe he is the GM just by the way he was treating me he then told me to fuxk off and hung up in my face he stated to my bf that he was black listing us and that we where problem customers even tho we never had an issue with anyone there everyone there was always pretty nice If you ever had jets you can tell when it’s fresh and when it’s been sitting...
Read moreUsed to be my favorite pizza place in town, but lately their service has become unacceptable. The last several orders we placed were seriously wrong; the first was suppose to be a Hawaiian pizza, we got a pizza with nothing but red onions...seriously what kind of person would even make something like that without double checking the order slip. The second time I showed up after waiting the suggested 20 min. After arriving I was told they never bothered to put the pizza in the oven, but it would be rushed right out and they would give me a free 2-liter. What they didn't mention was that they had ran out of bacon, so my pizza would only have pineapple and onion ....you'd think they would have given me the option to change my mind since they hadn't started the food until I got there, but that was not the case. Tonight I got a pizza with nothing but pineapple and the best the manager would do is refund or send out a new one within an hour. Normally I would have been satisfied with that, but after messing up the last 3 orders I expect the manager to make more of an effort to make things right.
