My boyfriend and I decided to check out this place earlier today. After looking at all of the positive reviews, we were quite excited. However, there was an unpleasant odor immediately upon walking into the café, which smelled overwhelmingly of wet dog. We tried to ignore while we ordered by looking at the very cute and cohesive decor and furniture. Emma D. took our order. I'm not sure if it was an off-day or something, but it seemed she was irritated while we placed our order. We were greeted by Paul who was very informative about his coffee and very personable, he even gave us a history of the town and his love for coffee, how the store came about. We had a very pleasant time and great coffee- I had a latte that was excellent and my husband had a pour over black coffee. Read moreI live right up the road and drive by almost every day on my way to school. I’ve been wanting to stop in ever since I moved here and I finally did today. This was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a super friendly employee who recommended different drinks and I ended up getting the iced chai that he suggested. Absolutely delicious! His customer service and overall friendliness as he made my drink and made small talk made me feel so welcome. I will 100% be coming back here...
