BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Wyoming

Not sure why every time I try to support this location the wait time is 10 mins plus. I gave it sometime (months) and decided to try them again today. I left 15 mins early to stop by and the wait has gotten even longer! I’m an understanding person when times are busy but there was only 3 of us in line.. It was very frustrating to be at the window waiting for my order and to see employees inside just sitting around. It wouldn’t have been as bad if I were greeted. Instead, I sat and watched them do whatever. One employee was even making a sandwich. How are you making a sandwich for another order when I have not been served my coffee and I’m the one at the window? Why are there 3+ employees not doing anything to help serve the customer? Can the cashier not do anything outside of sitting at the window not greeting guests? Idk, very disappointing to see even after months they still do not have a good basic process to serve their customers in a timely manner. Went in at 04/13 /2025 at around 11:15 am.One girl was making breakfast bagels Sandwiches. And the other two seem to not have any form of communication of calling out the orders to the right customers. I waited for a very long time.The other two were not calling out the orders they seem to not label them .They did that for several orders .Their customer service was horrible a complete zero.I seem her make several sandwiches.None of which where labeled or customer names on the items .I watched a customer take my whole entire order .This is stealing.Because the lady knew I was waiting for the order .The customer taken the hole order ,What a poor experience with not only being ignored for several minutes.But my whole entire order I watched being stolen because the workers did not label anything.He knew I showed him my order several times yet ignored it .Will be reporting it to corporate office About the stealing because they are just putting customers orders with no label or names .Not only did the did he not make sure I didnt have my order .But he left me without my...

Update, I really love biggby but won't be back to this location for a while. So many other ones to go to instead. Staff member who we had today was not friendly at all and very bad at fast paced environment even though it wasn't even terribly busy. We were literally the only customers in the store at the time and the woman ringing us up who was also taking drive through orders snapped at me and my mom when I simply asked to add a bragel onto by order, was extremely rude when asking my mother what kind of coffee she wanted. Then on top of that they were out of vegan sausage, like what's the point of having vegan on the menu or offering vegan options if people who don't want to consume animal products can't eat there. The two other baristas were very nice but overall really negative experience from this location.
