So i travel all over the country selling coconuts . I worked in customer service for 20 plus years. I run my own business now. My first job was a theme park in Indiana that was ranked number 1 in customer service in theme parks all over the world. So my mom went into order my daughter and us burgers and ice cream. Well we order no pickles on the cheesburgers and 2 of burgers have pickles and I go into the store to get it fixed. My daughter is allergic to pickles. The manager then argues with me. Proceeds to treat me really rude while rolling her eyes while i am explaining why i am a little upset This is not how you treat an upset customer. She then argues with me and threatens to call the cops on me and ban me cause at this point I am upset cause she is arguing and not listening to what's wrong. and just want my burgers replaced. I then asked for her managers number to talk to them before I left the store and she denied me that and told me I was banned. Ultimately i just wanted to get the burgers replaced and maybe a refund when it stated on the receipt that i asked for no pickles..They don't honor their website either and only do the deal with cheeseburgers and it's not 2 for 5 it's 2 for 555! The manager needs to learn customer service skills. I will be calling the better business on her. She refused to replace my meal and called the cops and says I am being banned. I was not rude until she was arguing with me in the store and refuses to replace my food. I asked for her bosses number or her name and she refused and told me I was being banned and she is calling the cops on me. Then even kept my receipt and wouldn't even give it back to me..my kid could of died from this..I will be contacting corporate dairy queen on her. Do not eat at this filthy disgusting dairy queen! I would of attached receipt but I don't have that anymore after she refused to replace.my.food and keep my receipt.. even followed me out of the store to record me saying i am banned and cant come back. update this blizzard sux too. Read moreSome days the depression is just too much. I order a banana split via app as an anti-depressant. Simple drive. No need to fuss with dealing with others… bam! Out of bananas. Staff willing to sub out the item; just yay. Fighting mental health issues. Even the easiest of decisions when it pretty much anything I’d like in lieu of a banana-less banana split that is on the menu becomes an overwhelming choice. Knowing my self well enough i take the moment to explain that i really need some assistance and motivation in this decision. -as i really would prefer not to leave a bad review that would only take seconds to type and enter. That employee walked toward machines still not acknowledged at window. Meanwhile another employee is busy drinking a freshly fixed (maybe the orange julius. Finally took monies at window. Huffing and puffing iam trying to my job. Saying they were shorthanded guess theyve got use to saying that. (It four people on the floor, only two were actually working, other than the person on the grill and fyer.)Then maybe this is a manger requesting the cheeseburger but not sure if it so has to rummage the the cheeseburger, meanwhile Sunday is melting. Manager had to bring the fries and cheeseburger to the window because the one drinking the orange julius and the chewing on the floor have just left and have gathered at the end of machines complaining .
