Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Granite City

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Asked for the toasted sandwich to be taken out a little sooner since my SEVEN YEAR OLD doesn’t eat burnt sandwiches (who WOULD) ??? They told me they couldn’t take it out sooner??? I told them Nevermind don’t toast it I’ll do it at home since they can’t take it out sooner. They got the manager and asked if it would be ok. ( YALL ITS LESS TIME IN THE OVEN AND WITH ME A CUSTOMER!!!!!) they said ‘ok we can try but if this was a lunch rush we wouldn’t be able to do it ‘ LOL 😂 what????? Lost a customer for life and will be telling others to NOT go to this not freaky fast...

The boxed lunches from this Jimmy Johns are perfect for the workplace. I have been ordering at least a few times a week for the last 3 months. I place the order online and it's always ready when promised. When ordering, I enter the name for each person and they write it on the box, so that I can easily get them where they need to go. Unlike other sandwich shops, Jimmy John's offers the "unwich", so that we can easily satisfy the hunger of folks with low-carb, gluten-free, and vegetarian diets. I wish I could post pictures of the meal boxes (300+) that were purchased for employees today. Everyone in our department made comments on how bad the sandwiches were because of the lack of meat. All the sandwiches were over filled with lettuce and one (some got lucky with 2) skimpy thinly sliced piece of meat and mushy tomatoes. I think JJ lost out on a chance to get any new customers after hearing what I heard today. Never ate here before. Not sure if the sandwiches are made like this normally. But very disappointed with the way...
