Chubby's of Granite Falls — Restaurant in Granite Falls

Wanted to Pizza this afternoon for dinner so we always love Chubbys. Pizza went in today about 4 o’clock one person had ordered wasn’t busy. I ordered a meat lovers pizza without the pork sausage, extra cheese, extra sauce, and this is what I got no sauce on my pizza extra cheese. Seems like every time I go into the restaurant there’s a certain girl in there that’s making the pizza she always does spiteful stuff. Every time our food comes out something is always wrong with it. I’ve spoken to a manager before once before She address the situation to the girl. I understand If you’re real busy mistakes can happen but I tend to see these things happen when I go to purchase food from there not trying to say is racially motivated but I’m starting to feel like it is because every time I go into the store and there’s The same girl That is making the food. Something is always wrong with it. customer service is very important. 3 unfriendly girls. Filthy front door. Ordered the $18 Philly cheesesteak but they were “out”. Although being within an hour of closing they may not have wanted to make it. Ordered pizza instead and it was an unappetizing pre made crust from the fridge (imagine a flat loaf of bread) with sauce and cheese. Clearly no idea what good pizza can be. Less money but they didn’t want to refund and re-ring it because “it would mess up the system”. Icky and unwelcoming.

Update: Ok came open minded for a second visit a few months later just in case the Philly was anything special. It wasn’t. Basically pizza toppings on bread. Crunchy Philly from all the uncooked peppers and onions. I noticed they sprinkled diced tomatoes on it too and watched them take minutes to hand pick them out. Tomatoes would have improved it but they weren’t asking. Definitely the worst Philly I’ve ever had.

Honestly can’t understand how this pathetic “restaurant” has stayed...

The food was decent, but I asked for bacon bits on my salad and did not receive them not to mention the lady on the phone was rude. And told my boyfriend and friend that they need to figure out what they want before they call to place an order. Not to mention if we don’t have a menu and we’ve only ate their once or twice before then we don’t know what they have. That is not good customer service ediquette. I don’t care how busy you are you don’t rush people. You deal with it because it’s your job to deal with it. Otherwise the food was great but wasn’t a big fan of the Philly steak sub.
