I have been dashing and this store has calls me mini issues when dashing trying to earn money on the side they have consistently had problems all day today Monday, January 3 about not receiving orders from the customer. I have been receiving orders through my Dasher app sending me to this McDonald’s in Granite and anytime I arrive there or when I had that issue earlier this afternoon none of the orders was received from the customer that had been placed so I was not able to begin or complete any orders from the store and that may be out of their control I’m not necessarily sure but my main issue is I had another order sent there tonight I called them there was nothing they can do I called the dasher support got it straightened out to where they did get the order excepted so I’m headed that way to pick up the order for my customer. So everything got straightened out they did receive the order I got there went through the drive-through told him the persons name and the last three digits of the order number so they can confirm what the order was and to give me the correct items they gave me the incorrect items and then they took the food they handed me back through the window which I thought was against their policy it was some girl with black hair cut really short possibly shaved and then I believe the other employee there was a manager she was wearing a blue shirt that was had a collar on it and she had long blonde hair when I arrive through the drive-through not only did they give me the wrong food like I stated before they took the food back through the window which I thought was against their policy and they was very unprofessional wearing McDonald’s bags on their head wasn’t very attentive to me all I had to raise my voice to try to speak to them through the window multiple times to try and get help and then when I finally did get help again after letting them know they gave me the wrong food the manager in the blue shirt give me a lot of attitude and was very unprofessional and rude. All I’m trying to do is follow the instructions given to me by the Dasher app to provide the customer with the correct food and make sure it gets them on time they could care less whether or not I was in a hurry or that I was on a deadline and just being very unprofessional immature and rude and very unhelpful. I didn’t get a chance to get anyone’s name but I do plan on calling back in the morning to give the descriptions about these girls that are working to get their names to file a complaint because there was no need for any other...

I’m a full time DoorDasher and it’s one of the closest locations to me so I get allot of the orders at this particular establishment. After notifying them that we are there to pick up orders they let the orders sit there and don’t acknowledge you are there for the order. I think every order should be prioritized accordingly. Also they were having technical difficulties because I couldn’t provide them with an order number so they acted like I was trying to steal an order and not pay for it and then proceeded to talk to other customers in line commenting that someone was trying to pull a fast one on you at DoorDash, which wasn’t true at all how would that even be possible? I just guess a order which has the name on it and walk in and get it right? No not possible. So I took the necessary steps to get the order to the person despite all of the trouble this McDonald’s was already giving me followed DoorDash support went back in to speak with the manager again and he tells me very rudely unless he speaks to someone at DoorDash he wasn’t giving me the order 😳 😞 I fought for 35 minutes to get this customers order to her and I did everything that I was told and McDonald still thought I was trying to steal $10 worth of there burgers and fries from them for myself 😂😂 Bottom line is there was no communication among the staff and there was very poor leadership also and they treated me bad and let other customers also know what was going on with orders that weren’t even there own but was worried about me stealing...
Read moreNumber one I understand you can't go in and eat but should be able to at least go in to order. They need to keep in mind the have big trucks with trailers that can't go thru drive thru so those people can't even stop t OK get McDonald's..
But this morning we go to get our daughter breakfast and get there keep in mind can't go in to order . Drive thru Only and the lines was backed up to the entrance two lines going but only one line was moving and the guy who was at the menu board to order set there for 10 min and when they finally went to take his order he pulled off more than likely due to them stopping breakfast on a Sunday at 10:30 .. Then we finally got to move up and had to order Lunch for Breakfast and got to the window to pay our order was $8.20 and my husband had the correct exact change and the girl said order is $8.80 so he paid with a 20$ bill but then when she gave him his change back she gave him 11.80 back . So there he was right tobegin with and had correct change to give them and she TOLD him the wrong amount. It took us a total of 25 minutes to order a 10 PC Nugget Small Fry and Small Chocolate Milkshake.. Pretty sad They need to get it togeatger in Granite Falls McDonald's MGMT needs to get their team togeatger .
I mean it's Crazy They don't Have to Deal With anyone Coming inside , Drive Thru is all they Have to Worry about Besides Curbside Mobile Orders. So we should have been in and out of Drive thru I'm no time . But instead it took 25 min to order 3 simple items..
