I have never written a review for a restaurant in my life and never saw myself doing so. But I will not stand being treated this way. Being a teacher and working with disabled children for 3 years I consider myself a very good intentioned, honest human being just trying to live life the right way and treating people well on my way. I have NEVER been more offended by ownership of any business in my 28 years of life and I waitressed for a small town pizza grill and understand completely the inside outs. We called and ordered a large pepperoni and olive pizza to go. My family being in the hospital with a 6 week early preemie were very excited about this, I stayed home with my 4 year old while my husband ran to his parents that happens to be on the way. We communicated that he would grab the pizza on his way back from his quick drop off. After about 45 minutes of not hearing from my husband I thought it had been a little longer than it should when I decided to call the pizza place to see if he had been there to pick it up.When I got to my phone I had a missed call from Omega pizza, I thought 'oh shoot' and I called them back immediately. When they answered I said 'Has my husband not been there yet? Let me call him and see where he is he was running to his parents and may have got hung up" The man from Omega said "Actually, we are sorry we threw it away, the food is gone." ....I apologized about one hundred times saying I am so sorry. I think proceeded to get off the phone and call my husband and ream him for taking too long and the food had been thrown away. He felt terrible and had got caught up updating his parents with the baby. About a week goes by, And with so much going on with life in general. I said to my daughter 'OH! let's order pizza!" I called and ordered my daughters favorite simple pepperoni olive pizza. They asked for my name and I gave it to them, they then told me there was no pizza delivery service today. I get a call back about ten minutes later from the owner, REAMING me I was not aloud to have food delivered unless I was there to pay for it and that they threw our food away and WE wasted their money I said to her, ma'am I will drive down there and pay for whatever cost it was that you had to throw away. She reassured me that was not the point. I then try to give them business again and I get a completely turned down and blindsided by a rude phone call lecturing me about their wasted money. When I reassured her we were planning on coming to get it that day, there was just a slight issue that unexpectedly created a hold up within that hour and that THEY threw away their OWN pizza we were on our way to pick up, she then told me her husband is Greek and probably got pissed and threw it away. I am sorry, but who's fault is that? I then again reassured her I understand money doesn't grow on trees and we are facing a $109,000 NICU bill, that I would come pay for the pizza that THEY THREW AWAY just to get her off my back. I was instead re-stated what ordering restrictions we were on due to them throwing away the pizza we were on our way to go get and re-stated what my privileges were as far as only being able to get food from there if I was present. I could only cry and explain that one large pepperoni and olive pizza that unfortunately you threw away because your greek husband grew angry we weren't there within the hour, is the LEAST bit of my worries. We will NEVER be going to this establishment and I urge you all to consider it as well. I am sorry but as a small business that is not how you handle a one time issue with a costumer when you lost your cool in the first place and threw it away not even giving us the option of picking it up. We have a LARGE family base here in Granite and Lake Stevens and I will be sharing this story with all of them urging them to go elsewhere. We recently brought in a party and paid a 110.00 bill and that business will never be there again. Please consider this business...
Read moreIf I could give a zero rating I would. We called in an order for pick up, asked no mushrooms for our meal, were told there were no mushrooms in them and hung up without saying how much our order totaled, picked them up and encountered a very rude very slow hostess, who stood rummaging through a stack of orders, none of which were mine, and told me to wait rather than getting my order. I asked the total, she said she couldn't tell me without the ticket, which was with the food she still wasn't getting. After about 5-6 minutes of waiting she finally went and got the food, 2 sandwhiches- beef philly, and a french dip plus a side salad. $33.33 pretty sure we were over charged, but I still tipped a few bucks because I'm not a jerk... got home my boyfriend's philly has mushrooms... the aus jus sauce had mushrooms in it, and the french dip was the worst I've ever had. My boyfriend called to complain and after the phone call said, "wow, you weren't joking, she was rude." Initially refused to put him on with the manager, than said he just walked out, then put a female on the phone who proceeded to tell him they were closed and if we don't come in right now they'll know we were lying and there was nothing wrong with it, and at best would compensate with a new sandwich (tonight, which wasn't possible, 1. They're closed, 2. I have a toddler I just put to bed) or 50% off a new one tomorrow... neither of which we want. Your food was gross, your service was rude and abysmal, I've had better customer service at a McDonald's... I'll be bringing in your food tomorrow but only to make sure your other customers can hear how you treat your patrons. Won't be going...
Read moreSooo disappointed by the experience we had today. Came with a group of 6, and ordered 2 large pizzas, one with pepperoni and one gyro (half of our group could not have pork due to dietary restrictions.) The pepperoni pizza came out fine, but the gyro pizza never came out at all-- instead we got an actual gyro. Ok, honest mistake. The waitress appologized profusely and let the cook know we needed a gyro pizza asap. The cook then comes to our table acting very flustered and starts asking us questions about how we want the pizza prepared (very strange.) We say however you would normally prepare it is fine. 15 or so minutes later, a pizza comes out that is not at all what we ordered. Honestly we were so hungry we would have taken it anyways, except that it had ham on it which half the group could not have do to dietary restrictions. Very insane in my opinion to get our order wrong twice! Half of our group left hungry and demoralized which was a bummer and super embarrassing since the friends we brought were visiting from out of town and we wanted to treat them to a...
