Thai House Authentic Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Granite Falls

I was looking for a vegan-friendly place to eat near Granite Falls and stumbled upon Eat Thai. I was pleasantly surprised by their fresh and authentic dishes, and their new administration was very helpful and kind. The place was cozy and relaxing, and the outdoor deck was nice. Here's what I ordered and loved:

Broccoli bombs: These were roasted garlic and broccoli bites with sea salt and lime. They were so flavorful and crunchy, and the lime added a nice zing. I'm not a fan of broccoli, but these made me love it 🥦💣. Udon rama: This was a creamy and satisfying dish with udon noodles, garlic, onions, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was smooth and nutty, and the noodles were soft and chewy. The veggies were fresh and colorful, and the crispy tofu added some crunch and texture 🍜🥜🥦🥕🍄. Cashew delight: This was a spicy and delicious dish with bell peppers, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, baby corns, cashews, and house sauce. I chose the medium level of spiciness, which was perfect for me. The dish was hot and flavorful, and the cashews added some richness and crunch 🌶️🥕🍽😋.

They are one of the best Thai restaurants in the area (even the state!) that serves fresh and authentic food with vegan options. There are not many places with vegan options in this area, so I'm glad I found this gem 💎. Update: Been back now several times. Every time crazy good, fresh, flavorful dishes. Friendly fun staff. Best Thai food in the area hands down!!

Got take out from "Eat Thai" on a whim for the first time and can't say enough good things about this restaurant!

Incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the front really went above and beyond making sure our order was right and if we had an questions about the menu.

Even though we ordered takezout right before close, both our entres and appetizers were hot, fresh tasting and flavorful.

Both the Phad Phak and Red Curry we ordered had great portions loaded with fresh veggies. Did not skimp on the ingredients that other Thai places will overlook.

Peanut sauce for fresh rolls... Say no more. I could just eat that as a meal by the spoonfull!

2 & 3 star spixe selection had some "zip" but wasn't no overpowering. Food was perfectly seasoned and appreciated that sauces weren't just pools of oil either.

Summary: Hidden gem of a Thai restaurant. Great portions/value, excellent quality ingredients, friendly staff. Can't wait to go back to dine in and explore more...

3 stars was a stretch, but 2 was too low. First time ordering from here and I have to say I am fairly disappointed. We ordered 3 different dishes. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Panang Curry. First off, I understand that everyone has their own spin on things, fine, but when you list certain ingredients to the dish on the menu and it comes out with a bunch of extras that I wasnt expecting, I get annoyed. It's like ordering a coke and getting a Dr Pepper, it's not terrible, it's just not what you were mentally prepared for.

I happen to hate zucchini, so when my curry came out with it, I was annoyed; it's not listed in the ingredients and doesnt normally come in that dish. The Pad See Ew was ok, wasnt the worst, definitely room to improve. The Pad Thai was burnt and almost inedible. Seriously, how do you screw up a country's signature dish?
