Starbucks — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I was at this location I think like 2 or 3 days ago I'm not to sure but the experience was great I was with my mom she was kind enough and treated us to 2 carmel phrapachnos size small hope I spelled that right and also a spinach feta cheese wrap with egg it was great then mom mom ordered a vegetarian sandwich that was also good cant Remer the name but my mom said it was tasty and we where more than satisfied we could only afford a one dollar tip at the time sorry for that next time we show up we need to try better than that! Also to the man that took our order was way nice smiled and was super fast at what he did this was the fastest we have ever been served by starbucks! Ps I'm originally from nevada and all we drink is starbucks back home. My uncle when I use to drive with him in his business truck he took us out to starbucks 12 times that day because we were super busy and needed and energy booster and he also bought us the largest there is to order. I don't like the taste of dutch bros coffee don't know what it is after I tried it 3 times I came to a conclusion I did not like the taste. Best survice...

Okay I try not to complain to much but I just went to get my mom and I Starbucks and I dont treat myself to Starbucks often because it's kind of expensive but they have 5 dollar deals on Friday so I figured what the heck so I go in and I'm the only one in line and I'm telling the guy what my mom wants to drink and I'm on the phone with her trying to ask the guy working questions about the pastries they have for the 5 dollar Friday and a lady comes up behind Me right as my mom decided what she wanted and I'm trying to tell the guy and the lady behind me tells the guy can I just get coffee and hands him her mug so then the guy completely ignores me and looks over at his coworker who is stocking supplies and is like can you help her I really just wanted to be like that was so rude I was here first and I was trying to ask a couple questions to get completely ignored that was probably the worst costumer service...

Great place to get a cup of coffee their coffee is wonderful. The drive-thru is kind of chaotic because you don't know if you're coming or going or where to enter from cuz it's a joint to another big parking lot to a doctor's office made it very confusing and I could see from other drivers it made them very angry and how to get around and maneuver the parking lot but other than that the staff was wonderful they were grateful and the coffee was really great, the only thing is I wish it would have stayed hotter it didn't stay hot very long I only had not far to go to my doctors and the coffee was not hot as much as I would have liked it...
