I normally let things go, but I cannot on this. My friend and I truly loved the ham and cheese sandwich with their Mac salad. She would order two and pickup and bring home. Always delicious. We'll, the last time and I mean the last time, when she got home and opened the bag, we did not have what we ordered. We had some kind of tacos in one and shredded beef something in other. When we mentioned the mistake , my friend was very politely called a lier. Not that she might have been mistaken, which she wasn't, but it was impossible to recieve that, as they don't make tacos. Ok you don't make tacos, I believe someone, an employee, ordered from outside and mistakenly gave my friend their order. Mistakes happen, but to say someone is not telling the truth is not right. She wasn't even requesting her money back. But there was no talking to the manager, thay made up there minds that my friend was lieing or crazy. The food was great, but we will never go back as their costumer service is lacking. I know there are two in town if the other one has different owners we may go there, but not if it is owned by same people. Your sandwiches kept me coming back, your costumer service is keeping me and my family and...
Read moreLove to support local businesses. I have a short time for lunch and do not eat a full meal so I attempted to purchase a "Kids" Pulled Pork over coleslaw (instead of fries) or call it a Senior meal or whatever. They absolutely refused to sell it to me unless I could tell them a "Kid" was actually going to eat it. I tried to explain that I didn't want to purchase the normal lunch $10 to $15 and then reheat leftovers and was willing to pay the $6 for a smaller portion and all I wanted was a small portion of the pulled pork over coleslaw (no bun, no fries, nothing else). I asked them why they could not help accommodate me since they actually have it on the kids menu? They said they didn't want to lose the money on a full meal. So, I haven't been back, and do not quite understand why $6 two to three times a week (because they are very close to where I work) is not better than zero and an unsatisfied customer that was not asking for anything unreasonable. When money is more important than customer service - makes my heart sad. Lose/Lose instead of what could have been a...
Read moreI was just in about 5 minutes ago to pick up a to-go order that I called in about 10-15 minutes prior. I order a breakfast burrito with no gravy, cut in half, and a side of salsa. I order the same thing every time. This time I ordered it just as I always do. I went in picked it up and the employees were pleasant, I got in the car and realized it was wrong. It had gravy on it, I went back in and asked for it to be remade because it has gravy on it. At that point the lady was extremely rude and told me she didn't get the memo it wasn't supposed to have gravy. First of all it's not a memo it's an order and that is how I order it. Second when she handed me the food she commented again that she didn't know it wasn't supposed to be without gravy. I repeated exactly what I said when I made the order and she proceeded to say "well I don't know who took your order." Does it matter who took it? It was wrong, fix it, very simple. She has zero reason to be rude to me because of their mistake....
