Dunkin' — Restaurant in Granville Township

First and last time stopping at this dunkin. My wife and I are vegan, so when when they came out with the plant based sausage we were hooked. Because we dont eat the egg or cheese the employees always rang us up for 2 english muffins and 2 sausage patties, other wise its rung in as a regular sandwich without egg or cheese, but you still pay full price as if you had gotten them. So when we tried ordering the same thing we always do, were told that "we cant order it like that, you need to get the whole sandwich before you can add a sausage patty, we just dont have that button". This came out in the most rude way, she didnt even try to be nice about it. Then, when I tried to tell her that every other dunkin we go to rings it up like that, she replied with "which ones", as if I was lying, in which I answered her. I even offered to show her a receipt from a previous time at other said dunkins. I have been in the food industry my entire life and am actually in manager training. It is your job to make paying customers happy. Esepcially when we are literally paying for what we want, we just dont want to pay for something were NOT getting. Thank god we went to the dunkin 10 mins down the road in Burnham, and shared our story and were informed that they are owned by the same person, so they should have honored our request with no problems, and that they will tell the owner how horribly we were treated, so it doesnt happen to anyone else again. Even if they weren't owned by the same person, every dunkin can fulfill this order with no issues, so please think of who this sausage was made for, vegans and vegetarians. So if someone doesnt want egg or cheese on their sandwich, dont make them pay for it if there is a way that they...

This place is a joke! Horrible customer service really rude for no reason. I always ordered an iced matcha latte with French vanilla swirl with extra matcha so it should be dark green and taste right, because that’s how I like my drink. I ordered my same drink and it was light green and tastes like watery milk. This is not there first time this place has done this it’s the 3rd time. I placed an order on the Dunkin app for a large signature caramel craze iced latte. My husband goes to pick it up, they inform him they don't have ANY large cups. So, they are giving out medium with a "free" donut. But they are also outta most of their Donuts as well. He tired to order chocolate frosted with sprinkles, they are OUT.
