McDonald's — Restaurant in Granville Township

Omg were to start! I have zero reason to make this up. The one in charge was loud and heard many times saying to staff.. we cant help that. What who knows. I ordered the bacon quarter pounder. Not fully cooked and less than 1 strip of bacon. Will post pic. My husband ordered bacon big mac absolutely zero bacon. Had to go up there and ask for it. Lady in charged ignore him until finally she called out for someone to put bacon in a chicken box instead of on his sandwich as he took up to her. Sweet tea was hardly sweet and what some would consider unsweetened. Ketchup was out. Lids to cups was everywhere and I had to reach in to get lids as it was unable to even dispense lids. Paper all over. The garbage cans was beyond over flowing. It looked as if a bus of high school kids just busted through there. Not one clean table. It truly was the nastiest I had walked into. Finally a girl came around and emptied the one trash and can we say loud! Omg! I felt so sick after I got home thinking of the partly cooked meat. This place really needs someone that is able to take pride and know that sanitation is a plus as to food cooked. I think training is needed and lack of. The owner I am sure has money racked up in this establishment and needs to focus on having people respect that working there. Truly upsetting for us to pic this place for supper to now not want to go back. I hope the owner finds this and consider doing unexpected visits and one day she walks into what we did. Well let's first start at the drive thru line. The line was extremely long and it took forever. Many cars pulled around to wait on their order that I'm assuming the sloppy manager was bringing out. When it was finally time to order a male was on the speaker first, then a younger female. Everything on the screen was correct (a normal #6(chicken nuggets) and a #9(2 cheeseburger) with a large sweet tea and a root beer). We get to the first window where the middle aged lady repeats back our order.... everything was still.correct and I pay the bill. I get up to the second window where I sat for 7 minutes. Finally get a bag of food. The pot head working the window hands a bag out and turns back around so I had to ask loudly about the drinks. We look in the bag to find the incorrect order. So I said this isn't our order. The other pot head gets rude and said I didn't pay for the correct order when clearly I did. So she hands another bag of food out which again is incorrect with incorrect drinks! I finally gave up and ate what they gave us.

These clowns (yes, clowns because this place is a circus) want $15 bucks an hour? They're already severely over paid. I would absolutely under any circumstance give a dollar to this McDonald's ever again and if you haven't yet, don't give money to them.

My parents have lived here all there lives. They go to this McDonald’s all the time. My mother has a health illness and she coughed a lot. So they gave her the wrong order because they didn’t understand her when she was on the speaker and then when she went back and told them and ask if she could pay the difference they told her know that they already left. I called back and talk to the general manager Ashley who was very rude they were super rude to my mother and told her they were gonna call the cops on her if she didn’t leave they told her to get out of there or I’m going to call the cops on you and all she was trying to do was buy another sandwich or pay the difference for the one she didn’t get. They said they couldn’t understand her because she was hacking!!! That is from her lung disease... she has never smoked either!! Nothing contagious! Being mean about a health issue?? They will go to the one on electric ave now. This is all over 1 sandwich. What happen to customer service. Left a message for the owner haven’t heard...
