Bear's Den Pizzeria — Restaurant in Grayling

minus 5 stars. I used to love to refer to this place when I have company from out of town. The food and service was always good. But, on Sunday 02/05/2023 we decided to call them because my brother was visiting from out of town. We ordered 2 chicken hups and a blt and mozzarella sticks and a pop. I figured we could do the whole order for $60 including the driver tip. When the order was only $43 I should've clarified, because it should've been closer to 50 bucks. The driver showed and I gave the $10 tip and my wife signed the slip. The order was wrong. There was 1 blt and 1 club sandwich. No breaded chicken hups! My wife called them and they agreed to another order of chicken hups, which was $26. Now, already they were destroying my budget by not covering for their own mistake with a couple of free hups. But, this is mind blowing. they charged my wife for the order and it added onto the $43 and it drove the bill up to $71. But, here's the kicker, there was a whole other charge for $43 on my wife's account. She called them and they agreed to refund the $43 charge to correct it and to call them in a week if it still hasn't showed up in her account. Here it is, Friday 02/10/2023 and the refund is still not pending. I thought I'd spend $60. I spent $129, time I gave the driver another $5 for returning with our chicken hups. This is $114 for what should've costed $71 including the 2nd order because they flubbed the 1st. It's a good thing we had the extra money this month to cover this expensive mistake of ordering from Bear's Den in Grayling. Otherwise, they coud've caused a domino effect of return fees and returned transactions. These people really...

My friend and I ordered food together he ordered a taco salad, some speckled sticks and a 2 liter of coka cola. I ordered for myself a large order of koala sticks. We had it delivered and when the delivery driver showed up he had the wrong order other than the 2 liter. He took the food and left to go retrieve the correct order. When he showed up again everything was correct besides the koala sticks were a small order. It was the only item I ordered for my self. I call the shop and explained that I had received a small order when I was supposed to get a large order. The woman on the phone wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. I finally said forget it and hung up. What irritated me is that they brought the wrong order in the first place and then when i called them about my item after they already had to go back just to get the correct order they wanted to argue about what i ordered! We recently placed an order for the baked spaghetti with meatballs and mushrooms. Upon arriving for pick up, we were told they ran out of meat sauce and used the regular tomato sauce. When we got home and opened the container, the container was only half full, did not have the baked cheese and had more mushrooms than anything. There was barely enough for one person. When I opened the salad container, it was the same, barely enough for one. It used to be the container was full with noodles and the add ons. We would have enough for two people with leftovers.
