We got take-out from The Page. We only returned because someone gave us a gift card for Christmas. We ordered two Santa Fe Wrap meals. They come with one side, my husband chose a cup of soup and I chose cottage cheese. I also asked for extra dressing for both wraps. We got home with our food, several miles away, and there was NO extra dressing with either, and the sides are shown in my photo. My husband got a cup of soup (although it only contained one of 3 toppings) and I got a condiment cup with cottage cheese in it......literally a tablespoon of cottage cheese. When I called the manager; he replied, "you are right, that shouldn't happen." NO KIDDING!!!! He said he would talk to the kitchen staff. Oh good, very helpful. This meal cost just as much as meals eaten in the restaurant, and they expect you to add a tip when paying. You can't tell me they would send out a plate with a tablespoon of cottage cheese as the side. I asked him if I chose fries as my side if they would have put a 1 on the plate and sent it out. These are the same problems we had with them in the past. They don't look at the food, whatever is stuck is the bag is what you are stuck with!! They take your order on the phone, and they should make certain it is right....just as they would if they brought it to someone at a table. It is impossible to check the food yourself, as you have to empty the bag and they have no place to do it. The bar where they hand it to you was packed, as were all the tables.......THEY need to look in those bags! Managers should manage, but they don't seem inclined to do much work at The Page. I know, quit...
Read moreThis was our first time visiting The Page. We ordered 2 medium-rare ribeyes and 1 well-done ribeye. The well-done was medium at best, and the medium-rares were raw. We couldn't send it back because it was a to-go order. The steaks were also extremely bland. My husband tried to cook his more but even that didn't help, he's never thrown food out before but this time he threw out the whole steak. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering we spent a total of $105. The only upside is that my daughter enjoyed her burger, my other daughter did not enjoy her buttered noodles however. I will never go back here.
Edit: the manager did reach out to us in less than a few hours about our visit. They are doing what they can to make it right. Going to give them another chance just based on the good customer service we received.
Edit: Decided to give The Page another try. I am sure glad that we did. I had the steak burger and it was delicious! The chipotle ranch with the onion rings was amazing. My husband had the chipotle steak with a side of the potato soup and said it was the best soup he ever had. Would recommend this...
Read moreThe place seemed nice enough, but i have to give it one star because it wasn’t just one issue, it was weird the whole time. Waitress acted like she had never served a table before or even been to a restaurant herself. Incredibly awkward, asked us to repeat ourselves after forgetting what we asked for, forgetting to refill drinks, forgetting requested condiments and when we finally got food there was a very long hair in the burger under the bacon all wrapped up in there. When we told the waitress she just said ‘ok’ and ran off with the plate. She then came back and asked if i wanted it replaced or something else, i said that i didn’t want anything and she said ‘all i could do is say I’m sorry’, like i was rude to her or something. I know things happen and I dont blame her for it. She also stood at our table reviewing the receipt she made, very awkwardly for what seemed like forever when she gave it to us (after it had been corrected because she added. Extra food) They did discount the rest of the food but the whole experience was weird, won’t be going back after this...
