Bauer Computers — Local services in Great Bend

I took 2 computers to Chase last year due to slow and glitching issues. This week, my regular computer will not do anything because it is saying that my software is expired. I tried the other computer, that has not been used once this year, and the software is also expired. My company bought the software, and nobody else within the company is having a software expiration issue with their computer. I have called Bauer Computer 3 times today(9:00, lunch and 4:00) and left messages with no return call. I have wasted the entire day waiting on just a simple answer......"Did you take off the software that we purchased and install a different key?" I do not have the original key and will need to repurchase which is extremely frustrating and expensive. Therefore, I do not want to repurchase if it is actually a different issue. A very simple........answer your messages.....!!! would be SUPER helpful. I also noticed that other software was deleted and I was fortunate enough to be able to recover those by working numerous hours with outside companies. I am not in charge of the "key" and that is what makes it more difficult to reinstall software. This was not the day for my computer to have an "expired" Excel & Word. Super frustrated and quite agitated at the LACK of respect for other peoples business. For anyone thinking that they are just getting a "cleaning" beware. Another over priced "computer" store that charges way to much for their services hoping for people that aren't technology savy to walk in so they can over charge, charge for things they don't need, ect.

Snotty nose up employees owners. Walked in with a simple question and asked for advice. All I got were stares and just I don't know I could go on and on, I expected it, but just not that bad.
