Anytime Fitness — Local services in Great Bend

On a recent visit to Great Bend I took another chance and called the gym to workout. New owners are amazing! Not only do they actually answer the phone but they will meet you when they say they will. They have working hours so a new client can visit to get setup but make sure to call ahead in case. The new owners totally take this business seriously and are accommodating.

Very clean facility and great workout options. Pictures posted are of the fun decor but once you're in the gym it is hardcore ( e.g., squat cages) but also basic with a variety of dumbbells and TRX. It's a great overall gym for anyone wanting to get a solid workout. Highly recommend...

Its a nice gym. Clean and equipment is good. However. After I went in person nearly 2 months ago because they took a large amount of money out of my account without contacting me for the overdue fees, I told him I wanted to cancel and he said I was good to go. I gave him my purple key and he said that there was no more remaining balance on my account. Well I go in to my bank account today, and lo and behold, Anytime Fitness has left me with nothing more than 2 or 3 bucks yet again as they took $96. Tell me, why, if the membership was canceled and there was no remaining balance, why...

Have had nothing but problems with this establishment and their employees, I asked multiple times for for an individual to be taken off my account and was assured it would happen and it never did. I have also received a letter saying I owe X amount of dollars because they didn't draft the money from my account and the staff has also been very rude during the process of me trying to figure out what is going on with my account, the lady never stated her name but she is a "manager" with very poor...
