We had a terrible experience at this location on 2/13/16. While ordering, the employee on the other end was very rude. I had asked for no mayonnaise on my #3 (because I am critically allergic), when repeating the order back to me, I didn't hear him say no mayonnaise on my burger, so I followed up and asked if he got it on there. After I asked, I heard another employee in the background say "WOW!" as if my request was a burden. I confronted them and asked if they really just said wow, they quickly got off the mic.
We pulled up to grab the order, employees were still very rude at this point. The employee started to hand me 3 large sodas. He released the carrier before it was in my hands and my 3 large sodas were plastered all over me, my friends, and the inside of my 2013 F150. Immediately the employee yelled F*, turned around and stormed off. Only to give me a bag of napkins and my food as if nothing had just happened.
When we got back to our hotel I called to complain to the management. To my surprise, the employee that was rude and destroyed the inside of my vehicle was the management on staff. While voicing my concern, he said he had reprimanded the employee that stated "wow" at my mayonnaise allergy and that when he was handing me my drinks I tried to grab them with one hand. This is so far from the truth. Our burgers came with no condiments on them. They must of taken my mayonnaise allergy as an entire condiment allergy for all 3 orders. Terrible thing to do to someone who is in town and staying at a hotel.
I am sharing this because I know I am not the only person who could of been treated poorly by this staff. I may not even be the only person who has interior damage to their vehicle because of this staff, but I am the only person to voice my concern publicly. People need to know and something needs to be done. I will voice my concern on every site...
Read moreI am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Great Falls, Montana location on 10th Avenue South on the morning of July 24, 2025, at approximately 9:40 AM.
I have been a loyal Hardee’s customer for over 25 years, but this particular visit was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I noticed that my order was incorrect. I calmly brought this to the attention of the employee at the window, who then called over a manager—I believe her name was Beth.
To my surprise, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Beth approached the window with an attitude and immediately took a confrontational tone. She insisted that she had asked me what I wanted and implied that the mistake was entirely mine. When I attempted to clarify my order again, she became even more rude and disrespectful. I told Beth I hope she’s not the manager because she was rude and disrespectful needing customer support training.
To my shock, she told me she would have me banned from the premises. This was incredibly upsetting, especially given that there was no cursing, aggression, or inappropriate behavior on my part. I was simply trying to get the correct order. She then slammed the drive-through window in my face mid-conversation and walked away while I was still trying to speak to her. She even threatened to call the police and have me trespassed.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management role. I left the premises feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and incredibly disappointed in an establishment I have supported for decades.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. No customer should be treated in this manner, especially when calmly trying to resolve a simple order issue. I would appreciate a follow-up on how this situation...
Read moreHonestly one of the worst experiences I think I’ve had in fast food ever did a mobile order through here ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich Nashville tenders and 3 large curly fries for my wife and kids and L regular fry for me and a couple of drinks so my wife goes and picks it up checks the bag and realizes we literally got none of the things we ordered at all so we were like well ok no biggie I guess except they forgot a fry so my wife calls and the employee tells her she can come back and grab a free one tomorrow while also explaining to her she was supposed to have curly fries not regular the girl then says oh we ran out like dude something you should probably bring up when the order is picked up so my wife brings home this half assed order which whatever no big deal until we go to try our Nashville tenders and sandwich there’s no sauce for either of the chicken orders so I’m baffled litterally did not get a single part of our order right nor did they feel the need to inform us pretty shitty thing to do it’s not my fault your management apparently doesnt know how to do the jobs they were hired to do then to put the cherry on the cake, the Dr. Pepper taste like these dudes have never been taught how to change a syrup bag which isn’t hard so honestly pathetic all around will never be going to this...
