Ok, I'm sorry guys, but I'm dropping my review down & it bums me out to do it. One of the things I loved was all the choices. I got to see the choices to decide what I want. I don't always just have the exact same toppings. Well for some reason they don't want people watching them make the food anymore. I just don't get it. I had to decide at the register all the details of the order. There was no one in line behind me but I still felt super rushed - look at the list & decide RIGHT NOW. And then they forgot my tzatziki & I couldn't remind them bc we're not allowed to watch anymore. Now I have a dry wrap that doesn't taste nearly as good as all my previous ones. Whatever the benefit of not allowing the sandwich prep anymore is, I don't think it outweighs an unhappy customer with a dry bland tzatziki-less wrap...
(Old review:) Best vegetarian lunch option around IMHO. I very much recommend their traditional hummus pita, as many veggies as can fit, with feta, tzatziki, & schug sauce....

The "meh:" the young gal helping me was obviously new but couldn't answer questions about sauce, toppings etc. Not a big deal everyone trains new employees, you just have to train them to ask when they don't know. The toppings were the most scant I've had in my 20+ Pita Pit stops at different places in the chain.
~ 80% of the sandwiches are $6.99 FYI that's the price range - The place was nearly empty at 1130 and nearly full at 1215
The Good: "The Local" is a good choice = prime rib w/ BBQ sauce. Even if it is a chain they have some healthier options if your careful.

Read moreDon’t use their online app, you’ll never get your food. Placed an order online, came in 25 minutes later just to be told it’s in the queue and it’ll be another 10-15 minute wait. Walk ins after my order we’re getting theirs ahead of mine. If you aren’t going to have online orders started when they come in then don’t offer online ordering, it’s as simple as that.
Update: 1 hour later and it’s still not done. When I came in the first time I was told 10 more minutes. Should have just said we’re going to help every walk in first and yours will be done 40 minutes from now and I would have just cancelled the order and we could’ve saved all of us some time.
